It would be nice if people can also look at this article to be improved as I believe we are nearly there. As of this message the article is at a 'Start' class, and closing in into a 'C'. Amount of information in each storm article is decent enough for an upgrade. We only need citations in each storm article as they are quite lacking, a season summary paragraph and seasonal forecasts section. Any decent information should be put in here as well.
