Other Storms

Can I get rid of this section and put the storms in the main list? I see no reason to separate thrm. Good kitty 16:03, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

No, keep them separate per 2006 PTS into JMA named storms v.s. other non-JMA TSes. Should be slowly done backwards to 2000, too, as we expand those articles. – Chacor 16:05, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
(Edit conflict)They aren't official. That is why they are separated. Hurricanehink (talk) 16:08, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
Could we drop the JTWC and PAGASA? I don't see any other lists that refer to them as such. PAGASA is assumed. Good kitty 19:54, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Claims

is it true that the 2005 season was the most active season as far as Japan is concerned? __earth (Talk) 13:29, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

I doubt it, but I can't prove it, so it could be possible. Look at the year before, that looks like it had way more storms. íslenskur fellibylur #12 (samtal) 21:05, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

Tracking Charts

Is this really needed? Some are even broken links now. 71.147.56.125 (talk) 19:41, 27 November 2008 (UTC)

Bad Bot

Someone needs to spank the Bot below. Of course places like the weather underground are going to purge 6 year old storm information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.80.220.204 (talk) 13:26, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
