- Couldn't we forget the Youtube reuploads, download the feed and upload it to some neutral location for archival/citation? I'm not sure if CSPAN footage is US-PD but if it is... Ben · Salvidrim! ✉ 19:53, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
- The third hearing was just released on C-SPAN, which you can view here: https://www.c-span.org/video/?59123-1/video-game-ratings
- I now wonder if there is a fourth or final video on this topic as Senator Joe Lieberman expressed in the now released video; he wanted to continue keeping in touch with the IDSA to ensure the ESRB was beyond functional, but mainly effective in its purpose and expansive for other types of media (cartridge for SNES and Sega, CD and floppy disks for computers). What's missing in this article is confirmation that Lieberman was extremely pleased with the ESRB and thus shelved the Video Game Ratings Act. Based on this documentary video from The Gaming Historian, Lieberman's shelving of the bill is implied, not explicit. I would prefer the article include an explicit mention, along with video evidence such as the C-SPAN hearing, if one exists. ElMeroEse (talk) 22:06, 7 July 2023 (UTC)

- Support I created this article and realize now the title does need a country association since there's many congresses. --Masem (t) 17:30, 3 December 2021 (UTC)
