This is a list of launches made by the R-7 Semyorka ICBM, and its derivatives between 1960 and 1964. All launches are orbital satellite launches, unless stated otherwise.

The thruster then exploded, causing the rocket to tumble out of control. Resultant cavitation in the upper stage turbopump caused the upper stage engine to fail less than a second after ignition.
