On Commons, the same image has been tagged as copyvio. And IMHO, rightly so, as it is a screen-shot of a game, Pirates, Vikings and Knights II. --Túrelio (talk) 16:36, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

Normally that would be true, but in this case the screenshot was uploaded by the project leader of the game's development. I'd regard that as someone wth the authority to release something like this into the public domain. -- Sabre (talk) 18:42, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

He is, you can find him on the PVKII site under the username Crazytalk. I PM-ed him back in '08 (its only a mod team, so its far easier to get in contact with specific developers) due to the exact same concern, he confirmed for me that it was him who uploaded this. -- Sabre (talk) 22:22, 30 April 2011 (UTC)
