The original box art is almost certainly public domain. It's a promotional poster from the Ramesses the Great exhibit that was hosted at the Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1988. The skyline on the box is recognizably that of Charlotte in 1988. The Mint Museum was a department of the City of Charlotte at the time.
