Lafadofensine (INNTooltip International Nonproprietary Name), also known as (3S)-N,N-bis(4-fluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-3-amine, is a drug described as an antidepressant which has not been marketed at this time.[1][2][3] It acts as a serotonin–norepinephrine–dopamine reuptake inhibitor (SNDRI).[1] The drug was first described by 2010[4] and its INNTooltip International Nonproprietary Name was proposed by 2021.[5]
