Coordinates added

I have checked all {{coord missing}} articles in category Cambridgeshire and added coords where possible. That's reduced it down from about 120 to 47 articles (at time of writing), which fall into two broad categories:

• Features such as rivers, long-distance paths etc which do not have one location, but which I didn't simply wan to remove "coord missing"-- is there something better?
• Areas such as suburbs, parishes etc which again are not easily described as a single point.
