Welcome to WikiProject Bruno Mars! This is a WikiProject dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and choreographer Bruno Mars, including his records and all related topics. If you would like to help, please join the project.
Peter Gene Hernandez (born October 8, 1985), known professionally as Bruno Mars (/ˈmɑːrz/), is an American singer-songwriter. He rose to fame after composing and singing as a guest vocals on the debut singles of American rappers B.o.B ("Nothin' on You") and Travie McCoy ("Billionaire (song)").

- Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?
There is no similar group in Wikipedia, to support the artist and improve his articles. I would definitely join the group since as I speak I have promoted 17 articles related to the artist to GA status and one to Featured List. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 17:50, 11 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion
[edit]I dont think there is anywhere near the number of articles to require its own wikiproject, I'd suggest making a task force in Wikipedia:WikiProject Musicians. Iazyges (talk) 04:58, 12 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
- There at least 20 articles related to the artist in question, as I write this. Isn't that enough? MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 17:20, 12 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about it being almost two years later but WikiProjects generally need over 100 articles to pass as being active, otherwise they merge. Lavalizard101 (talk) 11:55, 10 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
