The article on the above subject; "draft Ejembi John Onah", was deleted by dodger67. After discussing the issue with dodger67 who deleted the article, he further forwarded the issue to Primefac who advised me to request for undeletion after review and detailed discussions on the matter. Please it would be appreciated if the article is undeleted so that it can be worked on before moving for review or to the article space, thanks It should be noted that the article was deleted initially via G4, later improved substantially and moved to draft space by Primefac before Dodger67 deleted it but all thesame both he and Primefac after detailed discussion, advised that undeletion should be requested. Thanks Ejembi12 (talk) 03:37, 14 September 2017 (UTC)

- Comment The OP is misunderstanding/misrepresenting my and Primefac's opinions. Please see User talk:Dodger67#Re: Draft:Ejembi John Onah, Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk#03:29:14, 12 September 2017 review of submission by TerungwaSamuel and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ejembi John Onah. The subject is simply a non-notable "run-of-the-mill" academic, but is very determined to have an article on WP. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 11:34, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
- Comment to further add to this, while I did suggest posting here, it was simply because the first request for undeletion, "talk to the deleting admin", was declined, and DRV is a great way to "put a nail in the coffin" as it were for continuous creation. That being said, I'm on-the-fence-leaning-towards-deletion for this draft; while I have yet to see any compelling evidence I am willing to be convinced that the subject could be notable. Primefac (talk) 13:08, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
The subject is distinguished Primefac and dodger67 being a chairman of a nano academy covering 189 countries with all global leaders of nano as members including several Nobel laureates which is more than being a chair of a Harvard or Cambridge University department since academies oversee universities and such institutions: Apart from that the subject has hundreds of citations from peer review journals from secondary source which alone proofs notability as in criterion 1 on notability by Wikipedia: "1. The person's research has made significant impact in their scholarly discipline, broadly construed, as demonstrated by independent reliable sources. To count towards satisfying Criterion 1, citations need to occur in peer-reviewed scholarly publications such as journals or academic books". The subject satisfies this criterion 1 as seen by many high impact peer review journal publications with many hundreds of citations, the subject is only required to proof 1 out of the 9 criteria on notability by wiki. Some of the citations from high impact peer review are pasted below: Reference 6 as in the article citations:

From Macromolecules (Washington, DC, United States) (2009), 42(23), 9275-9288. Language: English, Database: CAPLUS, DOI:10.1021/ma900930q
New highly fluorinated poly(arylene ether sulfone)s (FPAES), poly(arylene ether ketone)s (FPAEK), and poly(arylene ether)s with several types of NLO chromophores as pendant groups were obtained by a polycondensation reaction using very mild conditions. The different polymer structures were designed with the objective to investigate the influence of both the polarity of the chromophore and the nature of the tether between the NLO chromophore and the chain. The resulting copolymers have glass transition temps. (Tg's) varying between 160° and 215°, and they are stable up to 280° under nitrogen. Although these copolymers are sol. in common org. solvents, cyclohexanone gave the best film quality and was used for the film prepn. After optimization of the poling conditions, the in situ second harmonic generation (SHG) measurements gave nonresonant values of the second-order susceptibilities d33 ranging from 2 to 8 pm/V, and the SHG signals of the poled polymer films were found to be thermally stable below 130°. Although being comparable with the values obtained for similar polymers and chromophores in the literature, d33 are smaller than those obtained for more conventional NLO polymers like PMMA-Disperse Red One (PMMA-DR1), which was taken as a ref. An unusual drop of the SHG signal during cooling was found in the thermally assisted orientation process. This drop occurred at a characteristic temp. below Tg. In this relaxation process which has never been obsd., intra- and interchain dipolar interactions are shown to play an important role, which is amplified in the case of chromophores which have their donor group embedded in the main chain, connected by two rigid tethers. ~15 Citings Copyright © 2017 American Chemical Society (ACS). Polymers contg. maleic anhydride and biphenyl liq. crystal groups were prepd. and the structure of mono- and multilayers was studied. Polysulfone materials having the biphenyl mesogenic group were also studied. The polymers gave steep isotherms with high collapse pressure, indicating good packing of the monolayers, and could be deposited to form thick LB multilayers. X-ray diffraction showed that an ordered multilayer was formed, and the effects of chem. compn. on the structure of the LB films were elucidated. The dominant factor in monolayer structure is the nature of the polymer backbone rather than that of the liq. crystal side chains. ~2 Citings Copyright © 2017 American Chemical Society (ACS). 22. Cross-Linkable Highly Fluorinated Poly(Arylene Ether Ketones/Sulfones) for Optical Waveguiding Applications By Qi, Yinghua; Ding, Jianfu; Day, Michael; Jiang, Jia; Callender, Claire L. From Chemistry of Materials (2005), 17(3), 676-682. Language: English, Database: CAPLUS, DOI:10.1021/cm048587u
Novel cross-linkable, highly fluorinated poly(arylene ether ketones/sulfones) have been prepd. by copolycondensation reactions of perfluorinated arom. ketone/sulfone with 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphenol and a tetrafluorostyrol-contg. bisphenol (i.e., 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl-1-Ph 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorostyrol ether). The reactions were conducted at low temp. in the presence of calcium hydride and cesium fluoride. The resulting polymers have no.-av. mol. wts. in the range of 25,000-36,000, excellent solubilities in common org. solvents, high glass transition temps. (Tg) in the region of 150-185°, and good thermal stabilities (Td up to 480°). Tough, flexible, and transparent thin films of these polymers can be readily prepd. by both soln. casting and spin-coating. By adjusting the feed ratio of monomers, the refractive index and crosslinking d. of the polymers can be readily controlled. Crosslinking of these polymers has been demonstrated by both thermal heating and UV irradn. The cross-linked polymer thin films exhibit low optical loss (∼0.5 dB/cm) and low birefringence (∼2 × 10-3) at 1550 nm, demonstrating that they are promising candidates for optical waveguide materials. ~70 Citings Copyright © 2017 American Chemical Society (ACS). A review. Plant oils are already one of the most important platform chems. for the chem. industry due to its universal availability, inherent biodegradability, and low price. Nowadays, plant oils are already a com. source of multifunctional monomers and oligomers for polyurethane synthesis, and the design of novel biobased polyols derived from them is an active area of research. By taking advantage of the wide variety of possibilities for chem. modification of plant oils, there is a broad palette of strategies to functionalize its structure with hydroxyl groups. The purpose of this review is to comprehensively overview recent developments on the prepn. of biobased polyols from plant oils. ~184 Citings Copyright © 2017 American Chemical Society (ACS). As can be seen from citation 13 on reference 6 above; the discovery by the subject of polymer nanofilm with dielectric constant of 1.5 which is the lowest ever reported globally in literature is a revolution to nanoelectronics that affects all electronics from cellphone to computer to make electronics smaller and stronger to perform more tasks. Let it be further known that the subject is an Editor-In-Chief of a peer review Journal Nanotechnology Progress International (JONPI) with several Nobel Laureates as editors, the subject is also a recipient of a prestigious German international scholarship -KAAD and with a second doctorate in theology sets the subject among the very very few distinguished academics globally that notability becomes an easy answer.

- This page was quite promotional and a borderline G11 candidate. I'm not inclined to restore it but I won't object if someone else does. Hut 8.5 09:28, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

It seems that this file was reduced and then deleted under WP:F5. The reduction has rendered it too small to read. If the previous version is any more readable (it might not be), I would request it be undeleted and tagged with {{Non-free no reduce}}. Thanks! —menaechmi (talk) 20:10, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
- The file is currently nominated for deletion for having an insufficient fair use rationale. Hut 8.5 10:02, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
This page follows wikipedia guidelines and has been published without issues for more than a year. It has been deleleted without any claims and wrongfully. Please undelete. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Albert Remedy (talk • contribs) 02:56, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
- Note: This page was deleted under speedy deletion criterion G11, indicating an page that was irredeemably promotional or blatant advertising. Note that G11 deletions are more an issue with the tone of the page as opposed to its sources or formatting. As articles deleted under G11 need to be rewritten from scratch, they will not be undeleted as-is here; try contacting the deleting administrator (Doc James (talk · contribs)). Alternatively, you may request the page be restored as a draft or to have the contents of its last known revision emailed to you provided you have email enabled in your account's preferences. I will also note that the page was deleted under criterion G5, which indicates it was created by a user evading their block or ban. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 04:33, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
- Account making the request has zero other edits and the article was created by a sock. So I am inclined to decline. Also as it is not clear if this is a new user or simple a new account I am not willing to provide a draft. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 12:37, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
- I assume it's simply a new account, as the account was created five minutes before this undeletion request was made. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 18:28, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
- The deletion review was already here. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 12:41, 16 September 2017 (UTC)

- Not done the reason given for the deletion (WP:CSD#G11 and WP:CSD#G5) is not one that is supposed to be handled through this process. As the deletion administrator won't restore the page, your only option would be deletion review, but this page has already been discussed there. To me the deletion looks perfectly valid and the fact that the article remained up for some time doesn't mean it can't be deleted. Hut 8.5 10:09, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

Bernardo Álvarez Lince
Dear Wikipedia: I think you shouldn't have deleted this page because I was working on this author and looking forward to publishing the information in both English, that is a universal language, and in Spanish, since the author writes in this language. Also, the reason why I couldn't update the information more frequently was because I had to do some research and that took time. Since your policy states that the articles must have a revision before publishing, I wanted to get the correct information. This author was responsible for the creation of the psychoanalytic community in both Argentina and Colombia. —M.P.L.P.H. (talk) 23:46, 16 September 2017 (UTC)
