- Hello, the article is interesting, and I don't think that it has any major issues, but I have a few comments about relatively minor issues:
- There are a lot of red links, these are links to articles that don't exist yet. Red links can help the encyclopedia because they help identify articles that need to be created. I would question whether all of these topics are likely to be suitable for having an article in Wikipedia. See WP:REDLINK for more.
- I would like to see more references to third party reliable sources to prove notability, there is this article from NYT which should help.
- Articles should be written in a formal tone, so we generally don't refer to a person by their first name, for example: "Kip was also..." could be written as: "Tiernan was also..." or "Kip Tiernan was also...".
- You can cite the same reference several times (see refs 1, 5, 6, 10) by giving the ref tag a name, for example:
<ref name="name">ref contents</ref>, then to cite that ref again:<ref name="name"/> - Try formatting the references using citation templates, bare URLs are not recommended for a number of reasons, see WP:BURL.
I just overhauled this article and would appreciate any feedback.

- Something happened to your references and they got left down at the bottom of the page. The footnote numbers should be in the text. Look at an example page and see how the code is embedded in the article while "editing." Although it is hard to tell without knowing what you are citing, some of the claims sound a bit biased or unverifiable, e.g. his passion: film. Unless you have a quote of him saying as much, this is not a verifiable statement. See WP:REF and WP:ORS. Archivingcontext (talk) 12:27, 6 August 2011 (UTC)

This is a biography of Scotland's aviation pioneer Andrew Blain Baird. The content has mainly been reproduced from http://www.bairdofbute.com/ at the request of the author Christopher Markwell. He as no experience of wikipedia, but wanted a wider audience to know about this historical figure, and how residents of Bute celebrate this historical figure. Please add feedback on content, suitability, any issue with the Article thanks.

Looking for some advice on the Just-eat page. To me it reads like an extended company promotion with little encylopedic content. What's the best way forward? Should it be deleted or can it be improved?

- A fair number of references, but not many substantive, independent sources. I agree with you that it reads like a promotion. I take a softer line on this issue than some editors, but I think it is likely to be a problem, with no trivial fix. I can't format the references or the category that should go at the bottom of the page. I'm doing something wrong when bracketing information between the code. Please help!

- I did a partial fix, however, you need to place the references in the text where they belong. I moved one, not sure if I got it right, but you can see what I did.
- I removed the link to Wikipedia, the wikilink is fine, but Wikipedia should not be in the list of references.
