You are asking to upload with this license: CC-by-sa-3.0 while claiming that the image has this license:CC-by-sa-2.0. I'm guessing that's just an oversight but that's not the major issue. The major issue is that the photo is shown on the Flickr page of Rana Vig, yet Rana Vig Is in the photo, so is almost certainly not the photographer. There's no indication of how the copyright was transferred from the photographer to Rana Vig.--S Philbrick (Talk) 12:00, 29 July 2016 (UTC)

Comment: Amazon uses the cover without any text or logos on it. I assume that's wrong? I've never seen a DVD cover without any text on it.

@Sphilbrick: Hi, I've uploaded a comparison here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwXpYfUVP7wBZTVXWmJvajRYZE0/view?usp=sharing The 'ghosted image' is the one currently on Wikipedia. You will notice the correct logo has slight curves at the edges of 'T' 'N' and 'J' while the wrong logo has straight lines and the proportions are out. Tthunderr (talk) 14:28, 29 July 2016 (UTC)

By claiming that there are no free images available, I was referring to images on the Commons. I'm certain that there are countless free images available, but trying to get them accepted on Commons is close to impossible without absolute proof that someone, somewhere, at some time, had not possibly copyrighted it. @Revent: I don't think that I did upload files, which was nominated for deletion by Nick on January 17th and deleted by him at this deletion request on January 18th. Yann is the one who said that I am "blocked for uploading copyvios after warnings" after he deleted these seven files (which was nominated for deletion by Nick on January 17th), but it seems very highly unlikely to me that I certainly did upload these images, which was nominated for deletion by Nick on January 17th and deleted by him on January 18th. These Fox Sports logos, which was nominated for deletion by NickW557 on January 17th and deleted by Yann at the above-mentioned deletion request on January 18th are not uploaded by me. I've checked if these Fox Sports logos (which is not uploaded by me) are included in the list of files I've uploaded, but unfortunately it isn't shown here. I only want to license under a Commons-compatible free license when uploading an image, categorize images, and/or transfer free images to Wikimedia Commons, etc., not upload these files (such as attack files, stupid, offensive, blatant and/or rough things, file with a name that would be a violation of Commons' policies and guidelines, or reproductions of other inappropriate works, etc.). We need a specific URL that shows the image. Not only that, the link needs to show that the image has been explicitly released under a free license that we can use. Please note that just because an image is posted online does not mean it is free use. In fact, every image is automatically copyrighted regardless of where it is posted. Alright so, what is and what isn't appropriate to place under fair use is a little tricky here. For artists, paintings that are still under copyright cannot generally be used on the article about the artist but could be used on an article about the painting. The only time this would be an exception is if the painting is a self-portrait since the image would be directly pertaining to the sourced commentary (the artist). In this instance, the painting is just a painting so it can't be placed on the artist's page under fair use. The reason this decision took so long was because I had to do some investigating as to the copyright status of this painting. Normally, copyright in South Korea expires 70 years after the death of the creator. Kwon Oh Chang is still alive so that doesn't apply here. Next, the claim that this is in the public domain due to being released by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. I do not see proof that the copyright was transferred from the artist to the Metropolitan Government and it would not fall under the defaults outlined in c:template:PD-KoreaGov. For those reasons I do not see how this can be in the public domain. However, this would still qualify for fair use and therefore has been uploaded under that.
