Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Q-music (Belgium), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Q-Music (Belgium). It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 11:34, 20 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proving your ownership of Netherlands broadcasting logos

[edit]

Hi XPanettaa, we have been restoring (or not) some of those logos from broadcasters in the Netherlands. You claim to own the intellectual property involved, but we need you to prove it, and not just claim it. WP:CONSENT tell you how to do this by emailing froman official email address. Another way is to update the web site hosting the original logos to have a copyright statement that says which free license applies to the various logos. CC-zero is probably the freeest license you can grant. Let us know when and where this has happened, and then we can restore the other logos that are more complex. If you are representing an organisation, you should make a statement on your user page too. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 02:29, 26 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OTRS permission templates

[edit]

Hello XPanettaa,

Earlier this month you added {{OTRS permission}} to a few different logo images. These images were not confirmed by OTRS and these templates are invalid. Please do not add OTRS permission templates to images that have not been explicitly confirmed by OTRS. That template should only be added by OTRS members. I will be going through and removing the permission confirmation templates from those images shortly. If you have any questions about this please let me know. --Majora (talk) 21:57, 31 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Im not good in introductions so ill just cut to the point of this..

So what ive seen recently is that NEW_ID is now a Solo music project as observe in 'his' social medias, a member left. I have no idea who that is and maybe look indepth with it. Just not to confuse others that its still a music project duo.

This is probally the worst looking section seen in your talk page.... — Preceding unsigned comment added by TheCorrectorr (talkcontribs) 17:59, 3 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

October 2016

[edit]
As I have said on the "Talk page access restored" section, which the discussion was closed by Drmies on March 27, someone (even my friend) is not the one who did things that are not permitted and therefore prohibited before my account has been blocked in October, but I am the one who did this, and the reason I got blocked in the first place was persistently violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission and purposely getting into IDIDNTHEARTHAT territory. XPanettaa (talk) 20:35, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The following discussion has been closed. Please do not modify it.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted.

Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Black Kite (talk) 17:33, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Black Kite: Wait a minute, the only one who did this is my friend, not me, because I was not home and therefore enjoying in the amusement park, shopping, having a party with someone in the penthouse, and so on. He used my account to do things such as changing non-free logos to free licenses illegitimately and/or stating that images were free when they aren't free at all. He did it, I swear. On September 10, he did this, this and this edit, which resulted Majora in starting a discussion about my account (XPanettaa) and attempting to have my account blocked or banned from the file namespace entirely, but the discussion was archived and not fulfilled. Later, on October 11, he did this edit, which was converted back to fair use by Graeme Bartlett one day later, saying "Too complex for public domain". One day later, he did this edit and two days later, he did he did this edit, which resulted resulted Majora in starting another discussion about my account (as the previous attempt to get my account to stop has failed) and attempting to have my account blocked or banned from the file namespace entirely, and the discussion has been fulfilled by you. I saw it. He did things that are not permitted and therefore prohibited on September 10, October 11, 12 and 14, while I was not home and therefore enjoying in the amusement park, shopping, having a party with someone in the penthouse, and so on. I know that images must be licensed correctly to ensure that we are following relevant copyright laws and I really do understand the copyright policy and the policies regarding how to use non-free content, but my friend doesn't. I have spoken to my friend and he has gotten a lot of past and says that he made a huge mistake for what he did with my account while I'm not home. I won't let him use my account again because of what he did, because this makes my predictably ashamed and this account is mine. XPanettaa (talk) 20:56, 21 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Black Kite: No, I mean, I have understood the copyright policy and the policies regarding how to use non-free content, in which case I promise never to violate copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission again, and I would like to get unblocked. XPanettaa (talk) 21:32, 25 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
While it's fine to delete my comment(you can delete this one too), I want you to fully understand that because your account was compromised, admitted by yourself, it cannot be unblocked. Period. You are wasting your time. --Tarage (talk) 22:16, 25 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

@Tarage: No, I made a mistake. My account isn't compromised, and my friend didn't my account to do things such as changing non-free logos to free licenses illegitimately and/or stating that images were free when they aren't free at all. I thought my account was compromised, but my account isn't compromised, at all. And also, I thought that someone else did this, but it was me. I did this, not someone else, even my friend, sorry. Anyway, I have taken the opportunity to be sure I understand the copyright policy and the policies regarding how to use non-free content, and now I am definitely sure. Black Kite, I would like to be unblocked, because I am highly likely sure I understand the copyright policy and the policies regarding how to use non-free content, and I promise never to violate copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission again. XPanettaa (talk)11:17 am, Today (UTC−5)

Decline reason:

I went ahead and changed this into an actual {{unblock}} request and now a formal decline. After reading through your talk page explanations, it's clear to me that you were ignoring all warnings until you were finally blocked. Then you repeatedly blamed your "friend" until you were told (and finally understood) that a compromised account won't be unblocked. Now you've changed your story again. Regardless of what your explanation is, at this point, I have no confidence that, if unblocked, your disruptive behavior will cease and that you will become a useful contributor. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 16:33, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Jauerback: I didn't blame my friend, because he didn't use my account. And also, my account is not really compromised. I made a mistake, because I said something wrong, sorry. I am the one who did this, not my friend. On September 10, I changed the non-free file's license from {{self|author=2-Dutch B.V.|GFDL|cc-by-sa-3.0-migrated|FAL}} to {{Copyrighted free use}}, changed the non-free file (which was uploaded back in September 2009) to {{Copyrighted free use}} without adding the OTRS permission template (until Majora changed it back to fair use one minute later) and changed the non-free file's license back to {{self|author=2-Dutch B.V.|GFDL|cc-by-sa-3.0-migrated|FAL}} (until Majora changed it back to fair use ten minutes later), which resulted Majora in starting a discussion about my me (XPanettaa) and attempting to have me blocked or banned from the file namespace entirely, but the discussion was archived and not fulfilled. Later, on October 11, I changed the non-free file to {{PD-ineligible-USonly|the United Kingdom}}, and then Graeme Bartlett it converted back to fair use one day later, saying "Too complex for public domain". One day later, I changed another non-free file to {{PD-ineligible-USonly|the United Kingdom}} and two days later, I changed yet another non-free file to {{PD-ineligible-USonly|the United Kingdom}}, which resulted resulted Majora in changing these two back to fair use and starting another discussion about me (as the previous attempt to get me to stop has failed) and attempting to have my account blocked or banned from the file namespace entirely, and the discussion has been fulfilled by Black Kite with me blocked on October 21. However, I thought that these three files were free contents in the United States but non-free or potentially non-free in its home country, the United Kingdom. Anyway, I have learned my lesson and taken the opportunity to be sure I understand the copyright policy and the policies regarding how to use non-free content and now I am highly likely sure that I have understood the copyright policy and the policies regarding how to use non-free content. I am sorry for what I did I should not have done any of that and I want to be able to make Wikipedia a better place by making it more reliable, more informing, more friendly and just a better place over all. I should not have done what I did and I promise I will never do that (such as violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission) again and I'm sorry for doing it in the first place. Please just give me a second chance, I won't let it all get ruined and I hope you all can forgive me. However, when I'm unblocked, I intend to write about Lucky Charmes, a Dutch DJ and record producer with Indonesian/Surinamese background, who was born as Werner Charmes. XPanettaa (talk) 20:03, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Jpgordon: I know that compromised accounts cannot be unblocked, but my account is NOT compromised, because I made a mistake. Sorry about that. And also, I didn't blame my friend, because he didn't use my account. I am the only one who did this, not my friend, because he's innocent. However, if I'm unblocked, I intend to write about Lucky Charmes, a Dutch DJ and record producer with Indonesian/Surinamese background, who was born as Werner Charmes. ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

[edit]

Hello, XPanettaa. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Talk page access restored

[edit]
What was given can be taken away. Drmies (talk) 20:38, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The following discussion has been closed. Please do not modify it.

XPanettaa, your messages to ArbCom were received; in response we have decided to restore your access to this talk page so you can try and submit an unblock request via the usual way. And allow me to offer you some advice. First, please write your lengthy messages in individual paragraphs: ArbCom members had the hardest time reading your single-paragraph missives. For helpful tips, see "What's the Rule About Paragraph Length?" In addition, your argument seemed convoluted and was difficult to follow. Finally, when you prepare to submit an unblock request, look at Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. Good luck. Drmies (talk) 16:27, 14 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

And, if I may intrude, real honesty coupled with a lack of obvious socking might serve you well too. You have a tendency to assume that people are idiots. In general, as a life lesson, you may have a point, but when it comes to seeing through the ridiculously transparent stuff you do here - not so much. hth. -- Begoon 13:25, 17 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Hello, I'm back. I have listened to others' advice, including that from Begoon, who is no fool. However, I'm not sure that I do get it. By the way, I wanted to thank you for restoring my talk page access email access after I did things you said to me yesterday, which means I am now able to undertake the normal {{2nd chance}} process or talk with Anachronist (a.k.a. Amatulic) as I got something to say to him, which means he will support me when I choose to request an unblock. XPanettaa (talk) 21:00, 21 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

XPanettaa, I'm not sure if you are able to access the current sockpuppet investigation about you, or if you are able to comment there. Magnolia677 (talk) 22:41, 22 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I'm here and there, on and off, but I'm not going to get involved with the unblock request. Good luck, Drmies (talk) 04:00, 23 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Anachronist, I got something to say to you. XPanettaa (talk) 15:07, 24 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This is the winter holidays so it's likely that responses will be slow. I myself will be going somewhere tomorrow that has no internet, so I will be offline for a week. But if you ping me here, I'll see it. Don't presume anything about my support. I have no inclination in favor or against you at the moment. I will carefully consider what you have to say, though. ~Anachronist (talk) 16:20, 24 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Actually, I cannot do things in order to get unblocked without you because it is too difficult for me, and that is why I need you. By the way, I saw you supported TheMagnificentist (who was blocked from October 22 to November 11) to be unblocked, as I saw it on TheMagnificentist's talk page here this and this). It was one month ago and I think maybe you should support me too when I choose to request an unblock. XPanettaa (talk) 22:00, 24 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Are you here? I just want to say that I saw you supported TheMagnificentist (who was blocked from October 22 to November 11) to be unblocked, as I saw it on TheMagnificentist's talk page here this and this). It was back in November and I think maybe you should support me too when I choose to request an unblock. XPanettaa (talk) 19:13, 31 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Why would you not to reply me? Where are you? XPanettaa (talk) 22:14, 4 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I am back. I have to say I disagree with your assertion that "I cannot do things in order to get unblocked without you." I don't really appreciate being subjected to admin shopping and I won't be a part of it. With or without me, you would still have to formulate a convincing unblock request. When you do that, I will be happy to evaluate it as I would evaluate any unblock request, and based on that I will decide whether to support you, or not, at my discretion. ~Anachronist (talk) 22:24, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: I'm glad that you are finally back, and I understand what you said. However, I'll continue to be frustrated by my subsequent good work being removed when I get blocked, because that work was created by one of the IP addresses (which are not used by me, but by someone else as I was spending days and hours trying to do something in order to get unblocked since I got blocked by Black Kite on the English Wikipedia on October 21 until Jauerback terminated my talk page access and TomStar81 terminated my email access in late October, taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime until Drmies restored my talk page and email access on December 20). However, some of my works are not created by them. The IP 86.84.247.233, which was subsequently passed over to a friend who wanted to edit things here, created halfway most of my work while the school IP 41.138.146.132, which was used by the one who doesn't have an account, created some of my work, I think. What I was doing is adding content, sources, categories, images (if I found it), etc. In addition, I was also updating, expanding, improving and/or creating pages (if it doesn't exist yet), correcting spelling and fixing typos, so the only feasibly realistic way to do this is to do it from this account once it is unblocked. If I choose to request an unblock, you are willing to support me. XPanettaa (talk) 18:20, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Either take a break per the terms of WP:OFFER (the wait isn't "forever"), or appeal your block. ~Anachronist (talk) 19:31, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Well, I think I'll choose to request an unblock, which means you will support me. The only reason I didn't request an unblock yet because the likeliness of getting unblocked is very low. But I will try requesting unblock in a while. However, I don't think that I have much time for this so I'll do it tomorrow. XPanettaa (talk) 22:32, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
My support doesn't depend on you requesting unblock, it depends on what you actually write in your appeal. You need to convince me and any other admin who might come across the unblock request. ~Anachronist (talk) 00:09, 11 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Well, I was blocked by Black Kite in the first place for persistently violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission and purposely getting into IDIDNTHEARTHAT territory. However, I see that File:Capital FM Network logo.png I have re-tagged to {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} looks similar to File:Capital London.png, File:Capital FM Manchester.png, File:Capital Scotland.png and File:Capital Yorkshire.png, which are licensed under the same tag, but Graeme Bartlett converted it back to fair use, saying "Too complex for public domain", and Majora started another discussion about me (as the previous attempt to get me to stop has failed), said that s/he has detected that I have "illegitimately changed non-free logos to free licenses" and got me blocked or banned from the file namespace entirely, and the discussion has been fulfilled by Black Kite with me blocked on October 21. However, I thought that these files were free contents in the United States but non-free or potentially non-free in its home country, the United Kingdom. Please pardon me. My only intention was to convert that picture to {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} as I see that it looks similar to the Capital radio network logos, which are licensed under the same tag and as it a logo from the United Kingdom. I had made made several mistakes earlier, but I know I am trying to understand my mistakes and to corect them. By the way, did you say that I need to convince you and "any other admin who might come across the unblock request"? XPanettaa (talk) 12:34, 11 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Why would you not to reply me? Where are you? You've started editing again last night but you didn't answer me after I replied to you yesterday. XPanettaa (talk) 10:23, 12 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
(talk page stalker) Anachronist has been very clear what you need to do. That is file an unblock request. I suggest you follow the advice giving by the admins here on your Talk page and proceed with this. And any admin, as far as I understand, can review this unblock request. Karst (talk) 10:56, 12 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
What Karst said. I didn't reply because I'm not particularly interested (nor is any admin) about the details of any dispute. An administrator needs to be convinced that the disruption to Wikipedia, which led to this block, won't be repeated if this account is unblocked. A primary function of administrators is to maintain the stability of the Wikipedia project. Maintaining stability is the basic underlying reason why accounts get blocked. An unblock request should be crafted with that point of view in mind, as well as follow the guidelines in Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. ~Anachronist (talk) 19:35, 12 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Karst: Okay, I understand what you said. By the way, as I have said below, I never used IPs to evade the block from October to December. At that period I was spending days and hours trying to do something in order to get unblocked since I got blocked by Black Kite on the English Wikipedia on October 21 until Jauerback terminated my talk page access and TomStar81 terminated my email access in late October and after my talk page and email access has been terminated by them, I submitted a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System and after the UTRS appeal was declined on November 7, I began taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime (as an administrator, Salvidrim said to me via email discussion) until Drmies restored my talk page and email access on December 20. Also in that period, a friend used the IP address of my account (86.84.247.233) as they wanted to edit articles here, but you reported the IP they used and got it blocked for block evasion, even though I didn't use it. That IP has been blocked twice in October and once in December. After that IP has been blocked for three months on December 20, you reported the school IP (141.138.146.132) three days later. However, I am not 141.138.146.132, who said that they're not a sock puppet or guilty for sock puppetry as my account and the IP address of my account and that they've (for to me unknown reasons) been linked to are in no way associated with them, that they are not the same person as me and a friend, who used the IP address of my account or whatever, that they are "however a different person and another anonymous user but don't have an account etc" and "that they occasionally edit things on Wikipedia, but I don't do here often" here and here, I have no idea who they are and is the first I've seen them on Wikipedia. I think that the school IP should be unblocked, because I'm not that user and I didn't use them, but by the one who "don't have an account etc".
And as for you, Anachronist, I understand what you said, but the time has come that I want be unblocked as I sincerely want to contribute and after I have learned my lesson earlier. By the way, I am following the guidelines in Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. Now, what should I do in order to get unblocked? Am I going to craft an unblock request "with that point of view in mind"? So how can I do that? Can you tell me how? XPanettaa (talk) 22:32, 13 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
What I meant was, put yourself in an administrator's position when writing your unblock request. The administrator's point of view is that they won't care about any details of any dispute, they want to be convinced that you are familiar with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, and that the activity which led to your block won't be repeated. Basically, recognize your mistakes and own up to them. ~Anachronist (talk) 23:08, 13 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Well, I am familiar with the policies and guidelines. The reason I got blocked in the first place was persistently violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission and purposely getting into IDIDNTHEARTHAT territory. I apologize to everyone who saw me doing things such as changing non-free logos to free licenses illegitimately and/or stating that images were free when they aren't free at all. Now, what should I do now? XPanettaa (talk) 20:36, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It should be obvious. Unless you write an unblock request, no one will consider an unblock. ~Anachronist (talk) 04:51, 16 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Well, I'll write an unblock request, which means you will support me. The only reason I didn't request an unblock yet because the likeliness of getting unblocked is very low. But I will try requesting unblock in a while. XPanettaa (talk) 12:35, 18 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know why you keep saying that writing an unblock request means I will support you. You said it above, and I replied there, as I will reply here: "My support doesn't depend on you requesting unblock, it depends on what you actually write in your appeal. You need to convince me and any other admin who might come across the unblock request." ~Anachronist (talk) 03:41, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Karst: I think that the school IP (141.138.146.132) should be unblocked, because I'm not that user and that IP is not used by me, but by the one who "don't have an account", as I have said above before Anachronist replied to me at Monday. XPanettaa (talk) 22:08, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Anachronist: Actually, I saw you supported TheMagnificentist (who was blocked from October 22 to November 11) to be unblocked, as I saw it on TheMagnificentist's talk page here and here. But very well, I'll convince you and any other admin who might come across the unblock request as you said. XPanettaa (talk) 09:48, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
It was requested on the 9 March and refused. Why are you asking me? Karst (talk) 22:30, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Karst: Well, that user, who isn't me, requested unblock that date at 10:12, but two hours later, an administrator, who reviewed their unblock request, refused to unblock them, saying "This was already considered at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/XPanettaa/Archive and rejected, as you know", even though I didn't use that school IP (141.138.146.132). However, I think that IP should be unblocked, as I have said above before Anachronist replied to me on the 13th, and below after you replied to me here in January. XPanettaa (talk) 22:24, 19 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Stop worrying about anyone else and start worrying about yourself. Either post an unblock request or stop posting. This is not hard. Plenty of people have been exhausted trying to explain this to you, so at this point, if you don't do one of the above, I'm going to request that your talk page access be revoked again. You are wasting everyone's time. --Tarage (talk) 19:51, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I don't think that I should be fired from this place and my talk page ability be terminated and brought to death again after I made a return back on December 20 (as Drmies revived my talk page access) to convince administrators (even Black Kite) that the block is no longer necessary as I understand what I am blocked for, will refrain from doing it again, and will make productive contributions instead. And yes, I do want to get unblocked. As I have said above after you replied to me back in that day where my talk page access has been terminated, even if I "only want to explain and apologize for what I did in October, not to abuse editing privileges", I initially thought that someone else is the one who did this before my account has been blocked in October), but I was wrong. Only I am the one who did this before my account has been blocked in October, and the reason I got blocked in the first place was persistently violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission and purposely getting into IDIDNTHEARTHAT territory. I apologize to everyone (Majora) who saw me doing things such as changing non-free logos to free licenses illegitimately and/or stating that images were free when they aren't free at all. I got confused and easily frustrated when I get reverted for no reason, have my contributions removed after putting so much effort. That was the only reason of me illegitimately changing non-free tags to free tags, repeatedly stating that images have had permission when they don't have it and illegitimately using {{OTRS permission}} tags after Majora told me to stop. However, I am truly sorry about that and I promise to never do anything to get blocked again (if I ever get unblocked). I had made made several mistakes earlier, but I know I am trying to understand my mistakes and to corect them. XPanettaa (talk) 20:50, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
You have had three months. You have not made a single unblock request. You do not get to ping every single administrator you can think of and talk them to death. Make an unblock request or stop using this talk page. You have exhausted the patience of everyone you have pinged, so now it's time to decide. Make a request or stop posting. Anything else will result in me requesting your talk page access be revoked. You had your chance. --Tarage (talk) 21:03, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it looks like you are angrily seeking further revenge on me. What's wrong? XPanettaa (talk) 21:33, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Could you have a word with Tarage? He is back and is scolding and threatening me that I should place an unblock request, even though I'm not done explaining and apologizing for what I did in October. He also said that I am "making absolutely no attempt to make an unblock request, and is instead pinging anyone he can argue with endlessly. Everyone who has tried to explain to him what he needs to do has told him to stop pinging them." and that "At this point, he's using his talk page to harass users" on your talk page. I have requested unblock three times in October, but these were declined as compromised accounts cannot be unblocked, even though my account isn't compromised as I was wrong. What I was doing before requesting an unblock is talking to you and Karst that the IPs (86.84.247.233 and 141.138.146.132) are not used by me in October and December while I was taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime until you restored my talk page and email access on December 20, and what I am doing now is talking to Anachronist that I have been blocked for what I did in October. However, harassing users is not what I'm doing. I think he's furious and vengeful and is fighting with me, seeking revenge on me and trying to get my talk page access terminated again after I made a return back on December 20 (as you restored my talk page access) to discuss unblocking, which means I'm really getting tired of this. XPanettaa (talk) 22:24, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I do not see where Tarage is "angrily seeking further revenge"; I don't even see where they first sought revenge. Tarage said, "Make an unblock request or stop using this talk page"--that's not a threat, nor is it angry: it's correct. You keep talking about making one (on 28 January, at the bottom of this thread, you said so) and you don't. Calling someone "furious and vengeful" when you keep repeating the same thing is ridiculous. Leave them be: they offered you good advice, and you may have noticed that everyone else you tried to engage has given up. BTW, you do not need others to vouch for you, or whatever; it's on your own merits that you will be unblocked or not. If you don't make an unblock request, yet continue to talk about making one, your talk page access will be revoked since this is just not going anywhere.

Finally, and I think I suggested this to you before, be more concise. No one cares about all the specifics and who said what at what time to you and why; an admin will need to hear from you, and you will need to convince them that you understand copyright violations etc. Note also that your block log says "IDHT"--suggesting you are not listening when advice is given to you. It is very unfortunate that this interminable conversation suggests that IDHT indeed applies, so, well, you guessed it: stop involving everyone and place the unblock request. As the wise man said, and I hope you'll pardon the colloquialism, shit or get off the pot. Good luck, Drmies (talk) 00:56, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Drmies: Oh, I get it. I thought that Tarage is furious and vengeful and is scolding, threatening, fighting with and seeking revenge on me. But very well, I'll place an unblock request as he and you said. The only reason I didn't request an unblock yet because the likeliness of getting unblocked is very low. But I will try it in a while. When I do that, who is going to support me? XPanettaa (talk) 19:37, 22 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know what made you think that about Tarage. As for support, that's not how it works. It's on your own merits. Drmies (talk) 03:14, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@TheMagnificentist: Hey, it's me. You seem to have Anachronist supporting you with your unblock request back in November. Could you help me get unblocked? I filed few unblock requests one month prior, (I got blocked), but did not achieve so much success in doing so. Instead, I have taken a good break, had a hiatus for a full month and did something else for sometime as an administrator, Salvidrim said to me via email discussion. Technically, that seems good; it is good. Though, I don't want to have to wait forever to get unblocked. However, I see on Anachronist's talk page that he is now "taking a short wikibreak and will be back on Wikipedia in January", but I cannot do things in order to get unblocked without him because it is too difficult for me. Is there anything that I can do? XPanettaa (talk) 21:07, 2 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You had previously blanked pages for no reason [1] [2] [3] and violated copyrights policies even after being warned. I'm just a normal user, I can't help. Sorry. - TheMagnificentist 10:22, 3 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@TheMagnificentist: Actually, the reason I got blocked in the first place was not blanking pages such as this, this and this, but persistently violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission first and purposely getting into WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT territory, even being warned. I apologize to everyone (especially Majora) who saw me doing things such as changing non-free logos to free licenses illegitimately and/or stating that images were free when they aren't free at all. By the way, did you say that I "please do not take offense to" your deletion nomination of the page I have created few months ago, named "Henry Fong" by attempting to redirect pages you have created like I did on Mako (DJ duo), Gryffin (DJ) and Ookay at the deletion discussion page of the page named "TV Noise"? XPanettaa (talk) 21:05, 3 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Karst: "Your assertion that you "have taken a good break" is rather disingenuous, as two IPs were identified as WP:SOCKS" - Actually, first of all, 86.84.247.233, the IP address of my account (XPanettaa), was subsequently passed over to a friend who wanted to edit things on Wikipedia and as I wasn't using the IP address, they used it for a while. However, they didn't use my device, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects, they used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects. On February 24, 2015, I created an account that is used by me and only me, but I have never made disruptive edits to any articles before, instead I have been regularly adding content and information like the ones I did on Spinnin' Records, Armada Music, Musical Freedom, Doorn Records and many more. While a friend uses 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account XPanettaa, they have been contributing to articles such as SPRS (label), Doorn Records, Riggi & Piros and many other EDM-related articles. Sincerely, their usage of the IP adresses are only to continue contributing. They are not here to disrupt, vandalize and/or damage the encyclopedia. And second of all, the school IP 141.138.146.132 was not used by me nor by a friend who used 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account XPanettaa while I was taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime until Drmies restores my talk page and email access on December 20 after I did things he said to me, but by someone else who also wanted to edit things on Wikipedia, just like the friend who used the IP address of my account. However, like the friend, who used 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account XPanettaa, the one who used the school IP 141.138.146.132 but doesn't have an account or whatever, didn't use my device as well, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects, they used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is also not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects. This means that this school IP cannot be compared to my account or whatever. I think the technical evidence is inconclusive. I, along with the one who used 86.84.247.233 (an IP address of my account XPanettaa) and the one who used the school IP 141.138.146.132 but doesn't have an account or whatever, am using different types of devices. Can't editors have a conversation? Is it against any policies? XPanettaa (talk) 22:10, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I think @Drmies: already pointed out that writing single paragraph missives are not helpful. Your roundabout explanation has all the hallmarks of WP:Mylittlebrotherdidit. Karst (talk) 12:16, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Karst: Well, I initially thought that someone else is the one who did this few months ago before my account has been blocked in October (see User talk:XPanettaa#October 2016), but I was wrong. Only I am the one who did this few months ago before my account has been blocked in October, and the reason I got blocked in the first place was persistently violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission first and purposely getting into WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT territory, even being warned. I apologize to everyone (especially Majora) who saw me doing things such as changing non-free logos to free licenses illegitimately and/or stating that images were free when they aren't free at all. All things considered, there were 5 WP:SPI investigations linked to your account. On top of the copyright issues, I would say you have a good deal of explaining to do. But I am not an admin, so I am bowing out on this one. Feel free to ping me on music related issues. Karst (talk) 14:46, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Karst: I know it, but what I have said to you is that first of all, 86.84.247.233, the IP address of my account (XPanettaa), was subsequently passed over to a friend who wanted to edit things on Wikipedia and as I wasn't using the IP address, they used it for a while. Sincerely, like the IP address usage of the friend who used 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account, their usage of the IP adresses are only to continue contributing. They are not here to disrupt, vandalize and/or damage the encyclopedia either. The school IP that I've (for to me unknown reasons) been linked to is in no way associated with me, and it cannot be compared to my account or whatever, in which case it should be unblocked as I didn't use necessarily them and was therefore taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime until my talk page and email access has been restored on December 20. I think the technical evidence is inconclusive. The friend who used 86.84.247.233 (an IP address of my account XPanettaa), the one who used the school IP 141.138.146.132 but doesn't have an account or whatever and I am using different types of devices. I am done explaining this. Good luck. XPanettaa (talk) 16:28, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • XPanettaa, you keep saying things like "While a friend uses 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account XPanettaa..." and "86.84.247.233, the IP address of my account (XPanettaa), was subsequently passed over to a friend". I don't know what you mean; I can't even tell if you know what you mean. You can't "pass on" an IP address, unless by that you mean you got up from your chair and your buddy sat down in it. Did you let someone else edit under your account? Etc. I have wondered about this from the first time you said it and I'm still wondering. Drmies (talk) 16:22, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Actually, I did not let someone else edit under my account while I was taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime until you restored my talk page and email access on December 20, and they did not sat down on the chair where I sat. They also did not use my device, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects, but they used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects. XPanettaa (talk) 16:37, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
How can they have "had" your IP address unless they were working from the same computer/same location/same ISP? Drmies (talk) 16:55, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Well, they used the IP address of my account, because they wanted to edit things on Wikipedia, and they have been working from the same location as me, but didn't use my device, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects. They however used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects, so that's why they and I am using different types of devices. XPanettaa (talk) 21:54, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Or it's you on your cell phone with WiFi from the bathroom. Sorry, but I don't buy it, and it is clear from the lack of response from others here that I'm not the only one; Karst, above, said something similar. But go ahead, place a new unblock request and see if the next admin finds it acceptable. Drmies (talk) 22:26, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Okay, I understand what you said. By the way, while I was taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime until you restored my talk page and email access on December 20, a friend (who wanted to edit things on Wikipedia) used the IP address of my account, but didn't use my device, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects. They however used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects, and the one (who also wanted to edit things on Wikipedia) used the school IP 141.138.146.132 (which is in no way associated with me, and cannot be compared to my account or whatever, even though it is blocked as a sock puppet). Like the friend, who used 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account XPanettaa, they didn't use my device as well, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects, but they used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is also not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects. I think maybe I should request unblock as I am done explaining this. The only reason I didn't request an unblock yet because the likeliness of getting unblocked is very low. But I will try it in a while. XPanettaa (talk) 22:38, 28 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Is an unblock request going to be filed imminently or not? At this point, with the WP:IDHT issues and the copy/paste replies XPanettaa is using (months into this discussion) I have to say this looks like one massive trolling. If an unblock request isn't going to filed, and the user is going to ignore the many suggestions above, then talk page access should be once again revoked by ArbCom, in line with how we handle the usual talk page abuse. It's time for this discussion to stop. Garchy (talk) 19:18, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This talk page

[edit]

Xpanettaa, some of the 97k worth of material in this talk page contains good advice. Use it wisely to compose an unblock request. If you don't file an unblock request and you continue to ... I don't know what you're doing, pinging editors and then questioning them? Whatever it is, if you keep on doing that, something that by now can be considered talk page abuse, I will revoke your access to this talk page, at which point your avenues for getting unblocked are getting much less numerous. You know what to do: do it. If you don't know what to do, this place may not be for you. Good luck. Drmies (talk) 20:40, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Drmies: Yeah. I don't think that was heard either (ahem). Pity. Karst (talk) 22:08, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Well, I do know what to do, and I do want to get unblocked. The only reason I didn't request an unblock yet because the likeliness of getting unblocked is very low. But I will try requesting unblock in a while. However, I don't think that I have much time for this so maybe I'll do it tomorrow. XPanettaa (talk) 20:47, 8 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
OK. Drmies (talk) 01:17, 9 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Okay, I have placed an unblock request, as you said to me. However, I don't think that it is gonna work because the likeliness of getting unblocked is very low and the admins doesn't or may not seem to accept the request, but I hope that they should say something before deciding what to do with it when reviewing or just place it on hold. XPanettaa (talk) 22:24, 12 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
XPanettaa, please insert paragraph breaks... Drmies (talk) 15:50, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: What paragraph breaks? I don't know what you said. By the way, as you said to me, I have placed an unblock request. XPanettaa (talk) 20:09, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Paragraph breaks. Breaks between paragraphs. In your unblock request, below. Drmies (talk) 20:10, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Okay, I have inserted paragraph breaks, as you said to me. What do you think of this in my unblock request below? XPanettaa (talk) 20:34, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Looks better. Good luck. Drmies (talk) 03:23, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Drmies: Alright, thank you. By the way, after I placed an unblock request, as you said to me, I don't think that it is gonna work because the likeliness of getting unblocked is very low and the admins doesn't or may not seem to accept the request, but I hope that they should say something before deciding what to do with it when reviewing or just place it on hold. So what should I do next? Or are we finished now? XPanettaa (talk) 12:25, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
First you wait. Drmies (talk) 13:23, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I want to contribute to the encyclopedia. I understand that the reason I got blocked in the first place was persistently violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission and purposely getting into IDIDNTHEARTHAT territory. I apologize to everyone (Majora) who saw me doing things such as changing non-free logos to free licenses illegitimately and/or stating that images were free when they aren't free at all. However, I see that File:Capital FM Network logo.png looks the same as File:Capital London.png, File:Capital FM Manchester.png, File:Capital Scotland.png and File:Capital Yorkshire.png, which are licensed under {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} and that's why I changed it to this license tag as it a logo from the United Kingdom. But later, I came to know that this tag was inappropriate for this image. It was only a misunderstanding from my part and not intended to change a non-free image to a free license tag. However, I thought that these files were free contents in the United States but non-free or potentially non-free in its home country, the United Kingdom. By the way, as I have said on the "Talk page access restored" section, which the discussion was closed by Drmies on March 27, I never used IPs to evade the block from October to December. Also, first of all, a friend used the IP address of my account (86.84.247.233) as they wanted to edit articles here and as I wasn't using the IP address, they used it for a while. However, they didn't use my device, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects, but they used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is also not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects. On February 24, 2015, I created an account that is used by me and only me. I have never made disruptive edits to any articles before, instead I have been regularly adding content, sources, categories, images (if I found it), as well updating, expanding, improving and/or creating pages (if it doesn't exist yet), correcting spelling, cleaning up mess and fixing typos. While a friend uses 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account XPanettaa, they have been contributing to articles such as SPRS (label), Doorn Records, Wall Recordings, Skink (record label), Riggi & Piros and many other EDM-related articles. Sincerely, their usage of the IP adresses are only to continue contributing. They are not here to disrupt, vandalize and/or damage the encyclopedia. And second of all, the one who "don't have an account etc", used the school IP 141.138.146.132 as they also wanted to edit things on Wikipedia, just like the friend who used the IP address of my account. However, like the friend, who used 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account, the one who used the school IP but doesn't have an account or whatever, didn't use my device as well, which I am logged into Wikipedia as XPanettaa, as well into other projects, they used a device, which is used to browse and edit Wikipedia without a username and which someone (even me) is also not (yet) logged into Wikipedia, as well into other projects. When the one (who doesn't have an account) uses the school IP 141.138.146.132, they have been contributing mostly to Spinnin' Records. Sincerely, like the IP address usage of the friend who used 86.84.247.233, which is the IP address of my account, their usage of the IP adresses are only to continue contributing. They are not here to disrupt, vandalize and/or damage the encyclopedia either. The school IP that I've (for to me unknown reasons) been linked to is in no way associated with me, and it cannot be compared to my account or whatever, but the block has been expired from now on. I think the technical evidence is inconclusive. The friend who used 86.84.247.233 (an IP address of my account), the one who used the school IP 141.138.146.132 but doesn't have an account or whatever and I am using different types of devices. I am finally requesting unblock because an admin, Drmies has forced me to get unblocked by doing that and therefore not to continue doing things such as "pinging editors and then questioning them" (which "can be considered talk page abuse"), as Tarage said to me and as he closed the discussion in the section "Talk page access restored" after Garchy said that I should file an request unblock imminently and that "It's time for this discussion to stop". Please give me one chance. XPanettaa (talk) 11:23 pm, 12 April 2017, last Wednesday (2 days ago) (UTC+1)

Decline reason:

The reasoning given is simply not credible. The similarities in editing patterns are too strong - across three wikis - for me to accept your explanation. This is sinking too much time and I'm going to disable talk page access. If you wish to appeal further then UTRS is your only option; if you want any chance at all of being unblocked, take the advice others have given you here, at commons and at nl-wiki to heart.
