Speedy deletion nomination of NUFT EGYPT
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on NUFT EGYPT requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a club, society, or group that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Mvqr (talk) 11:24, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
Elsewedy University of Technology moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Elsewedy University of Technology. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it needs more sources to establish notability and it is promotional and reads like an advertisement. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 18:04, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
- This page is not unambiguously promotional because it primarily presents factual information about Elsewedy University of Technology (SUT), including its establishment, location, campus facilities, academic programs, and services. There is no overt promotional language or marketing content evident in the article, and it includes references from the Egyptian government website and the official website of the university, adding credibility to the information presented. --YoussefBadreldin22 (talk) 08:04, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Elsewedy University of Technology, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, YoussefBadreldin22. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:40, 3 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit] As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:YoussefBadreldin22, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=YoussefBadreldin22|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:35, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- I am a student at this university and I can share with you my id
- i am just sharing knowledge about my uni as it is the first polytechnic uni in egypt and no one know it YoussefBadreldin22 (talk) 11:12, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- Please help me to make this article with no any errors or promotional text YoussefBadreldin22 (talk) 11:12, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- also please I am blocked so help me YoussefBadreldin22 (talk) 11:23, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- Your studentship at this university gives rise to a clear conflict of interest (COI). I queried this earlier, but you chose not to answer.
- You say that you want to tell the world about your uni because "no one knows it". This is the definition of promotion, see WP:YESPROMO. We are not interested in what your university has to say about themselves, or indeed what you want to say; we are only interested in what independent and reliable secondary sources have said. However, your article provided no evidence of notability, citing only the university's own website (and one incidental gov't source of no import).
- The first time the article was moved to the draft space so that you could work on it to demonstrate notability and remove the promotional content. You immediately moved it back, so it was deleted. As soon as that was done, you recreated the article with exactly the same shortcomings. This is WP:TENDENTIOUS editing.
- I (assuming your comments were aimed at me) will not be helping you with this article, as I have no interest in or knowledge of the subject matter. I also cannot help you with regards to your block, as I am not an administrator. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:35, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
- Ok Now I understood,
