An automated process has detected that when you recently edited North Ridge Country Club, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page WRAL.

Notice

The article Joel Dawit Makonnen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The sources utilized for this page are not credible. The sources include social media posts by the subject, youtube amateur interviews by individuals tied to the subject, the subject's own website. The photo uploaded was done directly by the subject as indicated by the username, and coincides with the creation of this page. The subjects father was a notable individual but does not have a page because there is not enough credible sources to justify the page's creation. The subject violates wikipedia policy, as it appears it was created directly by the subject and the sources are provided directly by the subject. If these sources are deemed reliable, it sets a precedent for any individual to create a page in which they themselves are the sources of information.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:01, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Vladislav Doronin

[edit]

Hi, Willthacheerleader18. I noticed all the great editing you do and your participation in Project Biography and Project Architecture. Vladislav Doronin is a Swiss citizen, like you, and the owner of many architecturally significant buildings around the world. His BLP has some issues that need to be resolved which I outlined in a recent edit request. Do you mind taking a look, please? A different editor prematurely closed the request and these issues remain unresolved in this BLP. Appreciate your help in advance, Astraea2024 (talk) 11:47, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Natalie Mars requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at [[Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Natalie Mars]]. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. DYK for Jools Lebron

[edit]

On 21 October 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Jools Lebron, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that following the success of Jools Lebron's "demure" videos, she stated that she was able to use the proceeds to pay for her gender transition? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Jools Lebron. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Jools Lebron), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Mrs. \husband name/ in lead

[edit]

Hey great additions today with Lora Haines Cook and Emily Nelson Ritchie McLean, just wanted to note that adding the "also known as Mrs. husband name" in the lead isn't really standard, as far as I know. MOS:BIOALTNAME doesn't really cover it, but I believe it's redundant with the information in the infobox about who they married. I understand some historical sources may reference the subject in the context of their husband, but, in my opinion, a modern encyclopedia can exclude that outdated approach. Happy to set up a larger discussion for consensus, I'm not sure if WP:Women in Red has specific guidance here, so I may be wrong. --Engineerchange (talk) 19:21, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
