Hi - can you explain what you're doing with the list of businesses in Edenfield you've been editing? I don't want to come across as unsupportive of a new user, but I don't understand what benefit a list of businesses and their addrdsses is to the project. Wikipedia isn't a business directory, we don't tend to provide contract information of that sort. Hi. Well basically i'm working on citations for several businesses. I've seen pages such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Nsetac which has a list on it. It seems to be since 2007. What am I missing? Thanks.

Can you expand on that - what do you mean by a citation for a business? Do you mean articles? These don't look like the sort of business that would meet our guidelines for notability of companies,so I'm not confident that articles could successfully be written about them. Basically, I'm concerned because of your original user page, which mentioned that you help companies raise their Web profile. That is fundamentally not what Wikipedia is for. Hi - we already discussed the fact that Wikipedia is not a platform for promotion. I have given you lots of useful links to help you get started with editing. The draft mentioned above is an out-and-out advert, which is entirely unacceptable. Please take the time to actually read through the links I've given you if you want to learn how to edit - continuing to write promotional articles will probably lead to your account being blocked from editing.
