Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: You may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit was inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. Hi - could I ask that when you leave a message for someone, as you did for Coren just now, that you append your message to the bottom of the page, rather than replace existing comments. Also, it helps if you sign your comments with ~~~~, which will automatically add your name and datestamp to the end. As far as your contribution goes, I didn't see the article in question, but if it was cut and pasted from anopther website, it would have been deleted for copyright infringement rather than for any notability reasons. Two, I was still working on the webpage. I would save the information, and then adjust it. I wasn't even working on it for 20 minutes before you deleted it.

Three, eTrafficJams.com/GetUpdated.com is an internationally traded company on the stock exchange. They are one of the world's largest internet marketing companies. I think you are doing a disservice to Wikipedia, and labeled the article advertising. If that is the case then take down every company on your website.

Why is it fair for a large company and not a small to be listed on your website? Though this is not the case, I feel that wikipedia quickly pulled the trigger, without analyzing the content.

Firstly, I didn't delete it. Only an administrator can do this. Secondly, as I stated, the article was deleted for copyright reasons. I cannot make any judgment on the question of notability without seeing the article. However I suggest you read Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) for relevant notability guidelines, and Wikipedia:Copyright violations for information about copying material from elsewhere on the web. I'll leave a standard welcome message on your home page, which will give you furthe useful links. Sandbox bug

Re this edit. Yes, the article I created is a direct copy of my sandbox, as this is where I drafted the article. I suspect a lot of articles are formed this way. Yes, I am aware of the bug where CSBot doesn't seem to notice that the original is a sandbox in userspace— the bug is being worked on, but might be related to a bug in the Mediawiki software (the software on which Wikipedia runs) itself— it would seem that the namespace where an article lives is misreported as the article space in some circumstances (apparently, only in cases where the sandbox article was cut-and-pasted as opposed to moved to is new article space location, but not nearly in all those cases).

I am trying to figure out a good way to work around the problem, in the meantime I realize it's a bit inconvenient and annoying, but I'll ask you to be patient and just go ahead and remove the tags. In the 6 months or so that CSBot has been operating, only about a dozen cases have been reported (and, strangely enough, most of those in the past month), so it's unlikely to be reasonable to suspend CSBot operation until the bug is found and mercilessly squished. — Coren ^(talk) 17:46, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi - many thanks for a very interesting and informative article. I know the area well, having commuted through it more times than I care to think about before I left York. My only criticism of the is that it is unreferenced - if you could add your sources this would make the article even better.

Thanks for this. I've got some sources to add (notably the York Archaeological Trust fascicule on the Walls and Castles - great stuff) but wanted to put in some more on the C19 and on C20 slum-clearance. Sources are easier to add than inline refs, and I somehow assume that Layerthorpe is never going to be a GA or FA, so I'll get round to it soon. I'm also trying to work up an article on Drake - have you seen Francis Drake (disambiguation)?!?

Archiving - yes, another thing I haven't quite got round to, but you're right, Must Do It.

As for Layerthorpe itself - when we were househunting in York four years ago, we had some Layerthorpe/Heworth addresses, but, walking out of town, past the car-dealerships and the defunct Frog Hall, we thought "Do we want to have to walk into town past this?" The answer being no, we abandoned ship and went back for a few in the Black Swan. Now living on Walmgate: medieval church on exiting the building, W towers of the Minster come into view before Merchantgate, ten restaurants and three second-hand bookshops between here and M&S, 5 min to the Market, 10 min walk to the Minster, 13 min walk to the station, I've died and gone to heaven! As the copyright holder, I have the right to choose what copyright I apply to my images, and to amend that copyright if I see fit. For example, I may wish to change to GFDL 1.3, or whatever version may come out in future, if that version is compatible with WP or Commons. I have not seen anything either in Wikipedia or Commons, that states that I cannot do this. Therefore I cannot comply with your request. It is unlikely that I would withdraw my licence altogether, and I realise my images would be deleted if I did this. Yuo do have that right but that is a right you partialy give up if you want to release something under a free license. Upgradeing to GFDL1.3 is an irrelivance since you can't under the terms of the GFDL stop that. West Mids stations

Hi. Thanks for the note - still tweaking it at the moment. Finished the refs for now. It's a compromise, but if consistency is what is wanted it'll have to do until a better way is developed. I'm currently working on the table layout - although won't be able to do it completely on this computer (I'm at work) as it seems to display differently for everyone else! I like what you've done with the usage stats - looks much better.

Do you think it would be worth making the table smaller to get the pics on the right? If necessary, the 04-05 stats can probably go, especially as 06-07 stats can't be far off now.

Also, I'm wondering whether or not to merge each letter into one section, and make the resultant single table sortable - this would get rid of the repeated refs.

Personally, I think the 04/05 figures are useful against the following year, as it indicates the trend (generally upwards) as well as the usage. On the other hand, I don't think the station code is particularly useful, so maybe that could go instead? Righty then - I've merged the individual tables into one, and made it sortable, which I think makes it more useful as it enables sorting by pax volume etc. I've got rid of the redundant code column, and changed the TOC to fit the new layout. That's also on my 'to-do' list, along with List of Midland Metro stops. Disused stations will take a lot more work however, as stations such as Sutton Town and Sutton Park, for example, are both missing from the West Midlands stations template, and neither have articles - at the very least they'll need stubs creating, or distinct sections within Sutton Coldfield railway station, and I suspect they are not the only ones.

List of railway stations in Wales is a new list which I think has potential, but I have a number of issues with it - all the station names are in caps for a start. I'm going to have a proper look at it tomorrow evening when I'm at work. TicketMan - Talk - contribs 12:29, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

Talyllyn Railway liveries

Hi Tivedshambo. I reverted the edit you pointed out because it claims that 3 and 4 are currently painted in Skarloey Railway liveries, which is incorrect. However, your suggestion of a well-sourced section on the locomotive liveries is a good idea, especially as it would not just be about the Skarloey liveries but could also cover the Corris liveries that both 3 and 4 have appeared in, plus No. 1's current repaint into BR lined black, for example. Umm

Earthless.com you tagged for speedy deletion, which I dont dispute. Yet on Earthless you have reverted[2] the removal of earthless.com which isnt associated with the band, even warning the user who removed it[3]. I cant see what you are trying to achieve could you please explain? Gnangarra 15:07, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

I don't recall what was in Earthless.com, but if you look at the other contributions of Drjonfrockit, it seems that he is trying to use Wikipedia as a platform to air his views about the ownership of the name [4], and making related threats [5]. I don't know whether his claims are correct or not, but obviously Wikipedia is not the correct place for this, and the previous edit he made to Earthless was reverted.[6].

As far as the removal of the link on Earthless goes, I had a look at the website, but could not tell whether it was related to the band or not (it gives the option to download podcasts, so it might well be). However, due to my concerns about the user's other edits, and the fact that he had left no edit summary explaining the removal of the link, I decided to play safe and re-instate the link. I left the standard level 1 good-faith template {{uw-blank}} on his talk page, which requests that removals that may be controversial should have some explanation.

Finally, I do not see any discrepancy between removing the article earthless.com and reinstating the link to it; as far as I am aware there are no rules that state that all externally linked websites have to be notable. Tivedshambo (talk) 17:56, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi I'm sorry for wrongly editing a wiki that I do not control, however.. I feel it is important to note that the band who assumes the name earthless is falsly representing their online presence by using my URL.

Talyllyn Railway

I'd love to see the TR article get to GA standard and I'm happy to help in any way I can. I have most of the books that are currently cited as "Bibliography" rather than "References". We should try to use these for inline citations where possible. The history section needs a significant overhaul and expansion, and we could really do with adding pictures of all the carriages. I can certainly help with expanding the article text. Sadly I don't get to north Wales very often, and haven't been to Tywyn in nearly a decade, so I probably can't help with pictures. Yes, I saw there were plans to have No. 7 running on the Talyllyn. I'd love to see that. I've been a member of the Corris Railway Society since the early 80s, so I keep in touch with developments there pretty well. I envy you your 3 hour trip - its a bit further from New York :-) On the TR article, I think there's lots of scope for improvement, and I was skimming through various books before work today. I've had a look at the Talyllyn Railway article. I can't see any problems with it going further to FA standard. My only little gripe is that the references are a bit repetitive, and that in my experience as a final-year student of History, several could be replaced with "ibid., page 45" etc. However, this is only a matter of personal taste, and that I don't really follow it myself on Wikipedia as it gets a bit tedious. It is also nothing that would seriously hamper its potential as an FA. Well done. I'm off to have a look at your comments on the N15 class now.

I see you've added a photo to the Bow Street article - if I'd have known you were going to be in my neck-of-the-woods you could have called in at Pen-y-Garn for a cuppa! I was intending to go out later in the year to take a few snaps myself for inclusion, so am glad to see you've got there before me. Just a suggestion, but might it not be better if the photo was further down the page and the info box was at the top? See Special:Whatlinkshere/Template:Infobox UK place to see examples of places which use that template, though there are many places that don't. It's a good standard to follow though, as it does standardise the layout.

I use a personalised variant of the {{Information}} template on Commons, which incorporates the GFDL tag. The licence you've got for the Blanche Parry image looks fine. Hope this helps. —  Tivedshambo  _(t|c) 22:51, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

It depends how old the photographs are. If it's more than 70 years old after the death of the photographer, you can use {{PD-old}}. If the photographer is unknown, I think it's safe to assume that anything over 100 years old is public domain, (see Image:Talyllyn1904.jpg for example), but it's worth getting an expert to confirm that. The image has been deleted (by another administrator) as "Blatant advertising" [7], so the talk page was redundant as per WP:CSD#G8. Note that adding {{hangon}} automatically logs the pags in CAT:CSD, even if no speedy tag has been added. I nominated the image for deletion, and User:Jimfbleak obliged. Today, User talk:Ryanjcole asked the question 'Why was it deleted?' on the image's talk page - which doesn't seem wholly unreasonable. I was in the process of explaining things to him when you zapped the page. I've looked at WP:CSD#G8, and think the page should have survived due to the 'ifs and buts' of G8, especially taking into account the dates of the comments on that page. Ryan is now left with no answer to his question and probably a bad view of us all. I would suggest you've been a tad 'quick with the red pen' on this occasion, and that perhaps you could have explained G8 to us and asked us to 'go and play elsewhere' (on one of our user talk pages).

However, now that you're involved, I wonder what you think about all this. I think Ryanjcole (talk) is using wikipedia as his own personal gallery here and here. The first one, it seems to me, exists on wikipedia for no reason other than as a vanity page. As for the second one, does that guy really justify six images in his article (does he even justify having an article at all - I suspect it was photographer Ryan who started it as a vehicle for his images).

Deletion of Wimba Article

I'm not trying to advertise Wimba and I do not have any affiliation with the company. I am hoping to start an entry on Wimba because of it's widespread use in educational technology. I was trying to structure the article in the same fashion other web conferencing articles in Wikipedia on WebEx, Net Meeting, Web Huddle, etc... are written. Wikipedia is currently lacking any information on a number of major products and tools used across the nation in educational technology from k-12 to higher education such as Wimba, Respondus, Softchalk, Clickers, and ePacks.

Oh gawd! What has happened here, all I was trying to do was correct a mistake I made when I first created a entry for him. It seems that the correct spelling of his name is without the capital 'D'. Dear Tivedshambo

As you and Agathoclea seem to be keeping a watchful eye on me, I wondered if one of you could help me with a little question I have. I’d like to know if there’s any way of hiding the qualifiers you use to distinguish different entries with similar titles, i.e. Tom Macdonald (writer). If not, do you think you could ask someone at Wikipedia if it might be possible to create some kind of command text, such as ‘Title: hide qualifier’, that would do this? Obviously I appreciate the importance of these qualifiers, but I personally think that the overall appearance of pages would be enhanced if they did not actually appear in the entry heading. All of this may well have been mooted elsewhere of course, but as a relatively new user I thought I would just ask.

speedy deletion of Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge redirect page

I'm not married to my redirect pages, but I'm curious as to why this one was deleted. When I was looking for the page for the Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge, I typed it with a capital B on Bridge, and nothing came up, so I figured there was no article. It never occurred to me that the word "bridge" wasn't part of the official name. I think it would be common for people to make that mistake. Speedy Delete of Sparrows Hearne turnpike

You declined the speedy delete of Sparrows Hearne turnpike on the basis that redirects are cheap (agreed). I'd like you to reconsider because it's now been marked as an alternative spelling, which it's not. On maps it's HERNE, in the 1762 Act it's HERNE. It's never been HEARNE. I've change it to a redirect from misspelling. The risk of removing it is that if someone who believes it is spelt with an "a" comes along, firstly they won't find it, and secondly, they may create an article with the wrong name, leading to having two articles running in parallel. Pen-y-Garn & Rhydypennau

Dear Tivedshambo

I thought I’d just let you know that I’ve made some changes to the entries for Pen-y-Garn and Rhydypennau. Firstly as there is a village in Torfaen called Penygarn and a hamlet in Carmarthenshire called Pen-y-garn, I moved the original Pen-y-Garn to Pen-y-garn, Ceredigion. I’ve also changed the second element from having a capital ‘G’ to a small ‘g’, in line with the spelling used by the Ordnance Survey, who appear to have it listed as a ‘village’. I’ve also made the original page into a ‘disambiguation page’, and tried to make all the alterative spellings into redirects. As for Rhydypennau, there turns out to be an area of Cardiff with the same name, so again I’ve moved the original Rhydypennau to Rhydypennau, Ceredigion, made the original a ‘disambiguation page’ and any alternative spellings into redirects. At least I hope I’ve managed to do all of this! Perhaps you would be good enough to give it the once over to make sure?

Talyllyn Railway maps

Hi Tivedshambo. I've managed to convert the three TR maps to SVG format. They look pretty good and are much smaller. There are a couple of issues. One the Template:Talyllyn Map is no longer clickable. Could you take a look at that? The other is that your request to the Graphics Lab is now unnecessary - I thought it would make sense for you to withdraw this if you're happy with the new SVG versions. NBR Page

Hi there, Just want to clear up a few things. I'm the webmaster of the North Bay Railway website, and have been discussing with the managing director the WIKI page for our website. Am not entirely sure what to reference throughs (not very good at WIKI I'm afriad), but the information on that page is incorrect. The CCLR has been associated with the line on a very informal basis, but the line has always been operated and owned by the North Bay Railway Company, since being taken over. What should I reference this to? The manager?!!!

Firstly, I would question whether these edits are "insignificant". Removal of whitespace - yes, and I was skipping pages with just those changes. I must admit I wasn't aware that moving stubs/categories counts as insignificant, and I am forced to wonder why AWB insists on making these changes if it's own rules say they shouldn't be made. Those five edits in particular are insignificant, as are many of the other edits you have made, as they only have removed whitespace or underscores from behind pipes links or other very minor changes which provide no benefit to readers, and very little for editors. Moving stubs and categories is slightly less insignificant, but they don't really provide that much benefit to warrant an edit just making those changes.

The rules state that these changes shouldn't be made on their own, as there are other, much more beneficial changes you can spend your time in making , helping to improve the encyclopaedia for all. Two of these include typo fixing and fixing links to disambiguation pages, both of which AWB can assist you greatly in performing and help improve the encyclopaedia for readers, as well as making these small changes. AWB makes these changes, along with many other useful changes, as they help to tidy up the raw text of a page a bit when made in conjunction with other, more beneficial changes. The real benefit comes when the changes are made over many, many hundreds and thousands of pages, but there are many more other changes you could make at the same time which provide a real benefit to the particular article you have just edited.

I am aware of WP:DWAP, but AWB is a powerful tool that can help you make many edits in a very short period of time. If everybody who used AWB did this making very minor edits, then this would start to cause an issue. To be honest, most of the time I find AWB to be so bug-ridden as to be virtually unusable. This is the first time for some time that I've got it working properly, basically by stripping it out of my system completely and reinstalling from scratch. I suspect this will last until the next time they try to update it, as it never seems to auto update itself properly. This is why I tried to make the most of it today, firstly with articles in my watch-list, followed by links from one specific article. What sort of bugs make it virtually unusable for you? Have you reported them to the bugs page? The devs do try and help where they can and it would help with the tool development if you could let them know what they are. Yes, and so have other people, [15], [16], and yet the bugs, and the pointless necessity of having to update, still remain. To be honest, with respect to the "minor" edits, I think you are making a mountain out of a rather small molehill. AWB is merely a tool, as is Twinkle and various other editing add-ons. It does not give users any additional powers that they do not have anyway, other than speed, and I was extremely careful not to exceed "a few" (which I take rather strictly as three) edits per minute. I think the only necessity for vetting is to prevent it being used for vandalism. Whilst the edits I made were minor improvements, they are after all improvements, and Wikipedia is slightly better as a result. This is, after all, what we are here for. Incidentally, an indirect consequence of using AWB this afternoon was that I found several instances of vandalism in the articles, which I reverted manually (eg [17]). Vandalism by User:Tropicanmanofthesea

With reference to this - It is indeed vandalism, although somewhat subtle. The version of the article that is being pushed by this editor looks at first glance like a reasonable text, but it is in fact utter nonsense, and the page has been under attack in this way for three months. I assume it is all the same person, though it started as a series of anon IPs and the username was only registered yesterday. I have several times reverted the page to remove the extensive fiction that keeps getting added. I have put a note on the talk page pointing out some of the evidence that it is vandalism. The offending editor does not engage in that discussion, but simply keeps reverting. Next time I will give him one more final warning - and then where should I report it? Thanks. You're right: I've just looked at MOSIMAGES. I thought right-side were preferred. Abergynolwyn railway station

Just a quick question on dates. Surely this, like most other heritage railway stations that were originally railway stations, had to have closed before it was reopened again for the heritage railway. Hiya. Looking at a good sample of this editors contributions they seem mostly to be okay. I think it's worth keeping an eye on though, or perhaps a friendly heads up to him first of all, before removing the tool? If they then misuse it again it's gone. There's no formal process for discussing Rollback removal, which is probably for the best. Any administrator can add or remove the right. Personally, I'd take exactly your approach and just get another admin's input before making a decision. Like I explained to another user why some of my edits may have gotten out of place was because of my internet and huggle. Lately I've been disconecting here and then unexpectedly. Some times when I make reverts someone else may have already edited. Thats also why I've been undo-ing some of my edits a lot lately.

But anyway I'll try keeping a look out more. Until I can get a better wireless I'll just watch out for vandilsim and page content removal more cautiously. Wrexham & Shropshire route

Howdy, it really struck me how confused this new editor must be by all this. I cannot really grasp the train details (route/line/virtual route, you lost me at "hello"), but it seems like Mpvide65 would be a good addition to the wikiproject trains (which I think you are involved in).

I understand your concerns, and I've been careful not to bite, but comments on Talk:Wrexham & Shropshire#Route Diagram made it clear that the map was too detailed for Wikipedia (and I feel contains a certain degree of speculation and/or original research). Since then, Mpvide65 has swapped the page between article and template space several times. Whilst this may well have been done in good faith, it is not an acceptable method of avoiding deletion, and I do not believe WP:BITE should be used an a reason to keep pages, simply because the originator is inexperienced. Can I suggest you check each revert individually, to ensure that you are reverting the right edit. Remember, whilst vandal fighting is important, it's not a race to see how quickly it can be removed. I actually did check. But at that moment huggle lagged after I clicked revert edit "to revert my edit" when I should have pressed undo. My internet connection is pretty good. I don't know why it lags. Sometimes I even have to exit and re-open it. I think huggle still has some kind of bug in it. But I don't fully know. I didn't make the program :(.

But honastly I can say I'm still at fault for not pressing the undo button instead.

My personal concern was that it appeared to be based on original research and/or speculation. As I've said before, don't let this deletion put you off - have a look at other railways that could do a route map, suggest it at the talk page, and if there's agreement to do so, go ahead and produce one! I think the current situation exists because fractions in eighths (⅛, ⅜ etc) exist as single characters whereas 5⁄6 requires use of the {{frac}} template, use super- and subscript (not ideal in all browsers). Hi,

I created a page today about this Welsh Liberal MP and businessman. I noticed you had deleted a previous article about him written by someone else because it infringed copyright on another website. I have tried to create a completely new page with its own sources. I have however cited the other website as an additional source although I have not quoted from it.

It's not likely that the new page is objectionable but I'd be grateful if you have any doubts if you'd contact me to discuss.

Copyright Violation Allegations

Hi, I am responding to your claims you made recently on my talk page. You may not be aware that I am the chairman of a rather large rail user group, and either:

1) Have explicit copyright rights from various organisations 2) Have contributed many images to various websites 3) Any images that are from copyrighted sources can be edited, (even if slight), to waive copyright protection

The majority of my images are self-taken photographs, and if you visit the image gallery at my website, www.mcrc.co.nr, you may find some of these images - that does not neseccarily mean that I have to provide evidence that they are my own work. Im sure you will agree that the majority of my images are of rail stations which are fairly hard to visit.

Am I right in assuming that Wikipedia is enforced in association with US Copyright Law and definitions?

The images I deleted were clearly taken from copyright sites such as the BBC, and at the same low resolution used on these sites. If you originally took these photographs and own the copyright on them, may I suggest you upload the original high-res images instead. Eritrean Railway Brakes

You say that there are no continuous brakes, however the picture of the tank wagon appears to show some brake hoses, looking more like vacuum brakes than air brakes. Can you explain the inconsistancy? Tabletop (talk) 09:23, 13 November 2008 (UTC)

Hmmm - the photo certainly appears to be some form of through brake-pipe. Maybe continuous brakes were used in the past, or the wagons were provided with the equipment but it was never used. I can only speculate I'm afraid. The only thing I can confirm is that there's nothing on the passenger stock at present. We will have to wait and see. Given the steep gradients, non-continuous brakes are a puzzle. Eritrea would be one of the few places in the world where this still happens. The cabin on the end of the tank wagon does suggest a brake-man. Maybe ER had working continuous brakes, but due to lack of maintainance they fell out of use and manual braking was introduced as a stop-gap!? Tabletop (talk) 04:15, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

Something I did wonder is whether it's worth uploading the original photo? The version I uploaded was slightly cropped, to remove some photographers in the bottom left, though I made no other changes. If you think this might be worthwhile, let me know. At that filesize from that camera I'd say you've cropped without otherwise affecting image quality. I can't see what value the photographers would add, so (without having seen the original) I'd say the crop has improved it. Given that image quality is presumably the same, I can't therefore see much benefit in putting up the original. As I said at PPR I personally would support it at FPC with a preference to my edit; there are some issues as we've said at PPR, but FPC can be a bit of a lottery at times, so you don't necessarily know. If I had to bet I'd say it probably would not get through successfully largely due to sharpness, but it would get my vote. I'm actually half inclined to nominate it myself, but will leave it up to you. --jjron (talk) 08:00, 25 November 2008 (UTC)

Geocoding of Eritrean Railway

I didn't have a GPS with me on the tour, but I think I've found the location on Google Maps - see this link. This gives the coordinates of the viaduct as 15.350954, 38.983446 (presumably degrees North and East). The photograph was taken from the west side , from just off the road. Seconfly, please familiarise yourself with WP:CSD#I9, which states "Images that are claimed by the uploader to be images with free licenses when this is obviously not the case... I am going to be a dick on this issue - this is a blatant copyright vio which you clearly have no knowledge about. Please, yourself, read I9 - The more complete version of what you took out of context is "This does not include images used under a claim of fair use, nor does it include images with a credible claim that the owner has released them under a Wikipedia-compatible free license. I think you misunderstand what I9 is for (and I wasn't too sure at first which is why I nearly deleted it first time) - if the image had been taken from any copyright source and loaded with (say) a public domain tag, this would be a candidate for speedy deletion. However, Wikipedia (rightly or wrongly), allows use of copyright material under its fair use guidelines. Provided there is a valid rationale for free use, as there is in these cases, there is no case for speedy deletion. It is pretty well laid out and clear as to what i9 is to be used for, but I can understand how someone not familiar with copyrights and how press agencies/stock photo agencies work might assume that applying sticking a FUR on something such as these images would be ok and thusly removing a i9 tag because ti doe snot apply to "fair use" tagged images. Perhaps the "This includes images from stock photo libraries..." part is what is not being understaood. Thusly why I suggested you read L.A. Times v. Free Republic and "Dispatches: Reviewing non-free images" Non-free content criteria - Wikipedia-wide criteria. However in my "excitement" I left off the most pertinent item - Non-free content Policy - "Unacceptable use" - Images - 6. A photo from a press agency (e.g. AP), unless the photo itself is the subject of sourced commentary in the article.
