Deletion

Hi, thanks for message. I deleted your article because

it did not provide adequate independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that he meets the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted. Although you gave two references, the second was a dead link, and only referred to cricket anyway, and it's hard to see what biographical facts the first is supporting. You have no independent third-party sources to confirm your text
it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: marketing expert... which is known... majorly perform... his primary focus is to have marketing attention on... are major suppliers of coding information and have led lot of biomedical innovators... His contribution in marketing sector given him a new identity including most successful marketers... online marketing expert... With the capability of working in various organization
You have an obvious conflict of interest when it comes to editing articles about this subject. Thank you for declaring your interest. If, after reading the information about notability linked above, you still believe that you are notable enough for a Wikipedia article (and that there is significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources), you could, if you wish, post a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles for the article to be created. As far as I know, there is nothing wrong with using cricketarchive as a source, it's just that your link appears to be wrong. This works for me. You shouldn't link to the Wikipedia article, like social media, blogs etc, it doesn't count as a reliable source Jimfbleak - talk to me? 13:58, 26 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I made these edits, MoS, removing weasel words etc. Let me know if you can't see why I've made specific changes. I think your problem is to show that you meet the notability guidelines. Managing a conflict of interest
