Notability on Wikipedia is defined slightly differently than our normal understanding of it. In this case, the article needed multiple, reliable, independent sources which talk about the subject in depth. I see that you added these kind of sources after my draftification, and the draft has now (deservedly) been accepted as an article. Congrats. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
