I saw you've just created this article. Barring any changes to the article as it stands now, it's highly likely that the article will be tagged for speedy deletion under criteria A7; "No indication of importance (people, animals, organizations, web content, events)". You've not included any reliable sources that attest to the notability of this organization. I did a quick check in news.google.com and could find no mention of this organization.
