Krena moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Krena. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 15:22, 27 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Prishtina Mall, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. September 2024 NPP Backlog Drive sign up

[edit]

Hello Typical Albanian, I noticed that you are signed up for the September 2024 NPP Backlog Drive. However, you're going to be unable to participate if you do not have the New Page Reviewer permission. If you are still interested in participating in the backlog drive, then I encourage you to request the permission at WP:PERM/NPR. I have, for the moment, removed you from the participants list as you are not able to participate at this point in time. – DreamRimmer (talk) 13:34, 31 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello DreamRimmer. Thank you very much for reviewing my request for the September 2024 Backlog Drive. I was not aware that I had to be a New Page Reviewer. I applied there just now. I hope that I get granted the permission to review new pages and then to participate in the Backlog Drive. All the best! Typical Albanian (talk) 15:01, 31 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Great to see your enthusiasm! Thanks for volunteering. – DreamRimmer (talk) 15:18, 31 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Niš

[edit]

Hey. You are not allowed to make more than 1 revert on that article within 24 hours. You need to self-revert to avoid getting blocked. Ktrimi991 (talk) 18:50, 19 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You can't do a self-revert anymore, as someone else reverted your edit. Make sure to not revert on that article again. You can use the talk page to discuss your concerns. Niš in the Ottoman period had Serbian-speakers, Albanian-speakers and Turkish-speakers. Having 3 non-English names in the lede is discouraged in the guideline you cited. In such cases, the primary language spoken today (Serbian) stays in the lede, and the rest (Albanian and Turkish) are elaborated on in the Name section. Cheers, Ktrimi991 (talk) 01:15, 20 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Aleksandër Gjoka requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Aleksandër Gjoka moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Aleksandër Gjoka, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. To enforce an arbitration decision, and for edit warring, you have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of one month. You are welcome to edit once the block expires; however, please note that the repetition of similar behavior may result in a longer block or other sanctions.

If you believe this block is unjustified, please read the guide to appealing blocks (specifically this section) before appealing. Place the following on your talk page: . If you intend to appeal on the arbitration enforcement noticeboard, I suggest you use the arbitration enforcement appeals template on your talk page so it can be copied over easily. Daniel Case (talk) 02:35, 26 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder to administrators: In May 2014, ArbCom adopted the following procedure instructing administrators regarding Arbitration Enforcement blocks: "No administrator may modify a sanction placed by another administrator without: (1) the explicit prior affirmative consent of the enforcing administrator; or (2) prior affirmative agreement for the modification at (a) AE or (b) AN or (c) ARCA (see "Important notes"). Administrators modifying sanctions out of process may at the discretion of the committee be desysopped."

Reasoning of block withdrawal request

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Please copy my appeal to the arbitration enforcement noticeboard or administrators' noticeboard.

Looks like the admin who blocked me was such in a hurry (which he himself mentioned it to another report [2]), so much so that he failed to rightfully assess the situation in the Gračanica Monastery and Visoki Dečani. I'll try and explain this situation as better as I can.

It all started with me noticing that the articles had not an Albanian pronunciation, which I as an Albanian native speaker, thought that it would be good to be added in the article. Then in the same edit, I simply placed the Albanian language in front of the Serbian one, because around 90% of the population of Kosovo is Albanian and 5-6% is Serbian. The official languages of Kosovo are 1. Albanian and 2. Serbian. Additionally, this order follows also the alphabetical order (A before S).

The user who reported me User:Theonewithreason to the admin who gave me the block [3], failed to gain consensus at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents and it got obviously deleted. But here's a version of the article that has his report and my reasoning 4. The user who reported me deleted the reply of an IP who was saying that "Theonewithreason exihibits same pattern he is attributing to others.", hilarious, how he thinks that he can force everything on others, with the mentality of "I'm right and you're wrong". He also wrongfully linked the edit thinking that they are reverts, of which, one of them was just the addition of an image and it seemed a revert in his eyes.

However, here is the history of the articles which you can have help you rightfully assess the situation, for the Gračanica Monastery ([5]) and for the Visoki Dečani [6]. Reviewing my diffs and his diffs one can obviously see who initiated the edit war, for which the User:Theonewithreason deserves a block.

The first edit that I made (adding the Albanian pronunciation and placing it first for the reasons mentioned earlier) was in any form disruptive to the article, as a matter of fact made the article better for the readers. But the User:Theonewithreason seems just like he does not like the Albanian language that much.

Please, take everything into consideration carefully and withdraw the block of me because it is as I see it unbased and totally wrong. Thank you!

Decline reason:
