Sandboxes
[edit]Hi. The best place for experiments like your recent edit at the help desk is a sandbox, where you're free to test whatever's on your mind. You can also have your very own personal sandbox. In fact, I have created a sandbox for you at User:Tunheim/Sandbox. Also, keep in mind that the Wikipedia software, MediaWiki, treats every page the same way - so just like you can edit things written in an article (articles would be a mess otherwise), you are able to edit posts in talk pages. However, it can in some cases be considered impolite to edit your comments once they're posted (unless you have noticed a mistake you wish to fix). -- Meni Rosenfeld (talk) 17:12, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
Why isn't anyone leaving me any comments?
[edit]Maybe I'm not trolling enough? --Tunheim 15:09, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- yes troll more is the answer to everything and i mean everything...--JWJW Long Live Esperanza! :) 15:09, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Wow! Did this get picked up on some sort of trolling-alarm? An answer within a minute of my troll-post! --Tunheim 15:19, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- well i saw your edit summery on Rc patrol, and i wondered...--JWJW Long Live Esperanza! :) 15:28, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

hi again, i thought i would pop round and say hello to see how you are doing, and i am incredibly bored, which seems to be my motivation... :)--JWJW Talk Long Live Esperanza! :) 19:24, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- This is a good site if you're bored http://www.jodal.no/cartoons/ Half of the comics are in Norwegian, but there's a button on the left hand where you can choose to only show English comics. That's what I do when I'm bored. --Tunheim 20:56, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
World of Warcraft level 60
[edit]Regarding your thread on the reference desk: here's a link to the videos in question: [1]. You can probably use that as a jump off to get whatever you need. Lots of random info in the comments for the various videos. SubSeven 21:36, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Adoption
[edit]Yes, I will be glad to adopt you. Sr13 (T|C) Editor review 05:19, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Sweet. That's most kind of you. Are there any steps needed to formalize the adoption? --Tunheim 07:54, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Nothing formal needs to be done; maybe you could change the status of you adoption userbox. Sr13 (T|C) Editor review 07:56, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- As described in WP:ADOPT I've added {{Adoptee}} and {{Adopter}} to my and your user page respectively. Hope you don't mind. I'm no sure how to add the user box in a way that makes it line up nicely without distrupting the rest of the text. Do you? --Tunheim 08:11, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Just add a colon in the front of the userbox. You can cut your workload by just writing your questions on my userpage. Sr13 (T|C) Editor review 04:43, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- It's quite easy. C'est trop facile. Sr13 (T|C) Editor review 03:11, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Adoption
[edit]I'm sorry I didn't get your message from February that you wanted to be adopted. I never saw the entry and I only saw it today as I was going thru message to see which one to delete. I see that you were able to fidn an Adopter and I hope all has worked out. Thank you for the opportunity and please feel free to contact if SR13 is not available or able to answer any issues. Again, i'm sorry.--Ccson 04:12, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Unison.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Unison.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 02:42, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of IEA District Heating and Cooling
[edit]A tag has been placed on IEA District Heating and Cooling requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. Speedy deletion of Euroheat & Power
[edit]A tag has been placed on Euroheat & Power requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

Speedy deletion nomination of International District Energy Association
[edit]A tag has been placed on International District Energy Association requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay.
