Any recreation of this article is likely to be deleted unless you submit a draft version of this article for review with Articles for Creation. That is the main way editors can overcome an AFD "Delete" decision. Otherwise, any recreation of an article on the subject will be tagged for CSD G4 deletion. I suggest you move this page back to Draft space before it is deleted again. The next admin who deletes it may not be so accommodating to restore it for you. Liz Read! I’m sorry, but the sourcing here isn’t helping the subject meet our General Notability Guidelines. The majority of sourcing is about his companies or investments or whatever and not about him specifically.

We need *significant* in-depth coverage in notable media outlets or by notable publishers about Francis Najafi. Examples: magazine and newspaper reviews and features about Francis Najafi specifically; books or peer-reviewed white papers written ABOUT Francis Najafi; television and radio features ABOUT Francis Najafi.

Hello Trepar. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. The page Red-D-Arc Welderentals has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.
