- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! - Did you look at the discussion and understand why it was deleted? Doug Weller talk 08:26, 20 June 2022 (UTC)
I see that all of your edits have been reverted
[edit]This is clearly a problem. You might want to ask on article talk pages why. Don't forget we need reliable sources and avoid trivia (such as the comment about a politician enjoying football). Doug Weller talk 08:26, 20 June 2022 (UTC)

[edit]I see that you translated, and could even understand that you translated better. However, if a source is given for a translation, that translation of course needs to be used. What you perhaps could do is make a footnote and say "literally: so-and-so". Often translations for musical pieces need to go by number of syllables rather than meaning. Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:33, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
- I removed my translation, and replaced it with David Frick's (a well regarded and published translator) and that too was removed. Tqger (talk) 23:59, 30 July 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry about that, but please take it to the article talk. Now, I looked at your draft for the Scarlatti Sonata, and left some remarks on that article talk (before I even found out who wrote it). Please fix. Bare urls as for the YouTube will not be accepted (there's {{YouTube}}), and just take the best, not four of those. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:16, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
- thanks for the feedback! Tqger (talk) 01:12, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
