RE: Loud

LOUD is completely separate from Rated R, there is no continuity between the two things. The assualt on Rihanna was directly related to Rated R but its NOTHING to do with Loud. None of the material spawned/was inspired by the assault. The inclusion of such material does not help readers understand the conception of Loud. the discography page unnecessarily adds undue size to the article and repeats information which is already mentioned in the singles section. I applaud your efforts - you've done really well on the GA front so far... but sometimes your edits are are little inefficient. You can easily have a GA album without including a single discog. You're uncessarily creating work for yourself. That's advice from me... (editor of 2-3 years, over ten GAs etc., reviewer of over 20 etc.) Its upto you... but judging by your previous GAs I'd focus on prose personally as that seems to be where you fall down. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 ^[talk] 23:18, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

I created and wrote the article, but there isn't a lot of info about it. None about the composition yet apart from the interpolation, nothing on Musicnotes. Only 3 or 4 reviews, no info about a music video, no live performances apart from it being on the Loud Tour set-list. I don't know if there will be much else to add, which makes me think that it will not be able to pass GAN, it's about 1/3 of the size of Raining Men! I saw you reverted to Legolas' edit of removing the GAN, and that you restored the previous one. I reverted this again, because you hadn't closed the PR like you said you had in the edit summary. I have now closed the PR and it is now an archive, so you can now re-nominate the article for GAN. You can't have a Peer Review still open whilst it is a GAN. Lol, for the LGOE tour, me and a friend had standing tickets (because Rihanna only had the floor at the 02 Arena for standing, no seats), and we had these special tickets where we entered the arena 15 minutes before everyone else who had standing and we were standing right at the railing where the B-stage joins the main stage, so literally right at the front, about 1 metre away from RiRi! You will find it very difficult to find any decent tickets located on the front half of the 02 now, because they have all sold, and the only ones left are at the back. But it depends on how much you want to pay I guess, the more expensive the ticket is, the more likely you are that you will get a (better seated) ticket. Your recent edits at Jennifer Lopez discography

Please do not change the way the sources are. Most of them are sources supporting positions of both albums and singles; whereas, these changes make the sources for singles appear as SWE ALBUM, AUS ALBUM etc. Also, edits should include edit summaries, and almost none of these edits do have summaries; therefore, I had to go over all of them one by one to see what they represented. A lot has already been done to improve that discography. If you feel that it needs further improvement, please discuss or do leave brief explanation in your edit summaries. Please ignore my explanation. If yo feel that references require improvement, please make your desired edits without changing them into ALBUMS, because they are not. Can you see the sources placed in the boxes of "I'm into you" and others, those positions do not exist in the sources provided, and you have removed them all. You have made 100 separate edits when everything could have been done with only few without messing up the list and claim that they are improvements. You really shouldn't ask people to participate in the FL. Anyways, I'm having some issues with "I'm Real". I never noticed before, but the Murder Remix is completely different from the original, so I've changed it back to how it was before, being the first single from her remix album. Issues

Hi Tommy. I noticed you are having a scuffle with Calvin over GAs and whatnot. I want to help out, so I'm going to explain a few things. You have to understand that most editors prefer to work on their own (I have done almost everything on my own. I only collaborate with Novice7, only because we are really close and have a great relationship). But most do everything on their own, and don't like to split GAs. Trust me, I've done it with others and the results have not been pretty. So when an editor doesn't want to collaborate, you have to respect that and kind of give them space, or else you will make the working environment uncomfortable and "forced". You may not realize, but there is a big different in "fixing an article" and "being involved in the GA process". Fir example, Jivesh always asks me for assistance, writing synopsis sections etc. But just because I wrote a section or helped out, does not mean I earned co-nom rights. It means you "edited Wikipedia" and helped a friend. A co-nom is when two editors agree from the beginning and do pretty much half each (unless they have a specific agreement). If you see an editor working on an article, don't automatically include yourself in the "GA process"; yes Wikipedia is free for you to edit any page, but if I know Legolas is doing the new Gaga song, I'm not going to just put my nose in his sandbox. I think you need to take more pride in your own work, and try on being more independent. Its honestly the only way you'll gain experience and grow. There are many Rihanna articles in the sea for you to improve. Maybe if you and Calvin could predetermine pages you want to do? (edit conflict) No, I'll write here. I saw what you wrote about Disturbia. Have a look at the Raining Men article and how short it is. It's not about how many sections an article has or long it is, it's about how you use the the information and write the sections, so with Disturbia, as long as you include all of the information that you write, then you are likely to achieve GA. As long as the references are consistent and correct, have very good prose and comply with MoS, you will be fine. I think it's important for you to do things by yourself, otherwise you will not improve and grow as an editor. Only you can learn by your own work and mistakes, and use them to better your editing. Concentrate on Disturbia and Take A Bow by yourself, you will feel really good when they pass, knowing that you, and only you, were responsible for making them GA.
