ESC 2012
Dear Tomica, the official Eurovision Song Contest site, gives the 12th place to Romania and 13th place to FYR Macedonia. The reason is that Romania has been voted by 14 countries and FYR Macedonia by 12 countries. This is the tie citerion set by EBU. Take a look here please. http://www.eurovision.tv/page/history/by-year/contest?event=1593 Thanks, Dimitrissss (talk) 01:54, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
- It's not fair, but still you are using official information, so I can't argue with you. How do you like Macedonia? I am so critical when it comes to my country, but this one I liked a lot. And I am freaking frustrated that some stupid songs like Albanian is before us. — Tomica (talk) 09:48, 27 May 2012 (UTC)
- This song was in my personal top 5 of all 42 entries this year and Kaliopi was great on the stage. Dimitrissss (talk) 13:31, 27 May 2012 (UTC)

WikiCup 2012 May newsletter
We're halfway through round 3 (or the quarter finals, if you prefer) and things are running smoothly. We're seeing very high scoring; as of the time of writing, the top 16 all have over 90 points. This has already proved to be more competative than this time last year- in 2011, 76 points secured a place, while in 2010, a massive 250 was the lowest qualifying score. People have also upped their game slightly from last round, which is to be expected as we approach the end of the competition. Leading Pool A is Cwmhiraeth (submissions), whose points have mostly come from a large number of did you knows on marine biology. Pool B's leader, Grapple X (submissions), is for the first time not our highest scorer at the time of newsletter publication, but his good articles on The X-Files and Millenium keep him in second place overall. Miyagawa (submissions) leads Pool C, our quietest pool, with content in a variety of areas on a variety of topics. Pool D is led by Casliber (submissions), our current overall leader. Nearly half of Casliber's points come from his triple-scored Western Jackdaw, which is now a featured article.
This round has seen an unusually high number of featured lists, with nearly one in five remaining participants claiming one, and one user, Muboshgu (submissions), claiming two. Miyagawa's featured list, 1936 Summer Olympics medal table, was even awarded double points. By comparison, good article reviews seem to be playing a smaller part, and featured topics portals remain two content-types still unutilised in this competition. Other than that, there isn't much to say! Things are coming along smoothly. As ever, if you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is at good article candidates, a featured process, or anywhere else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! If you wish to start or stop receiving this newsletter, please feel free to add or remove yourself from Wikipedia:WikiCup/Newsletter/Send. Your User Page Template
I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post questions (since I didn't see any others here) but your special:email link won't work for me since my email isn't validated and I didn't see anywhere else.
I'm not sure if template is the right word but I was wondering if whatever format code your User Page has was "yours" or okay for public use because I fell in love with it after stumbling on it.
I copied and pasted it to my Sandbox then I spent about thirty minutes customizing it but before I invested more, I decided I should ask you if it was okay. (I also have questions.) Gatorgirl7563 (talk) 01:45, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
- Don't worry, it isn't mine, I also found it and used it for my user page. Take a shot :) you are free to use it. Oooh and btw I am his[m] :D hah ! — Tomica (talk) 09:26, 1 June 2012 (UTC)

- So glad I was the reason about that :) and nvm about genders stuff. — Tomica (talk) 12:03, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
- Me, again. I was wondering if you knew of a place that had a glossary of userboxes for me to search through and a place that explained how I could customize the userboxes. So far, I've been going down the list of Most-watched_users but I'm having trouble editing them and for some reason my browser won't load some of the links. - Hey Gati :P (can I call u like that). I think that this could help you. If you have some trouble with it ask again ;) ! — Tomica (talk) 17:19, 3 June 2012 (UTC)

Congratulations on the list promotion. Sorry, I've been studying for exams lately. —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 02:19, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
- Penguin finally! :) Thank you, I wouldn't done it without your help so thanks a lot. How are the exams? Are they finishing? More time on Wiki now?! — Tomica (talk) 07:50, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
- Lol no. They're starting tomorrow. You're welcome. There's not much to do on Wikipedia right now. Hopefully once (or if) Eminem releases a new album, I'll be here a bit more to write about it. —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 12:38, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah there is. Don't forget that you have to promote "Love the Way You Lie"! :) — Tomica (talk) 15:59, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
