Leiter, Gourmet Report

Hello again, thank you for persuading Epeefleche that Above the Law was not a proper source for establishing that Brian Leiter was a Nietzsche scholar. Thanks to Sneekypat, some progress is finally being made on the controversy resulting from Epeefleche's wholesale rewrite of the article back in May ([is what it looked] like before Epeefleche turned it into an article about the controversy). Could you please weigh in to the discussion at the bottom of the section on "Trimming the Lede" here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Brian_Leiter#Trimming_the_Lede Epeefleche attacks the motives of other editors who disagree with him, but he will I hope listen to you as he does to Sneekypat. There seems to be emerging consensus to shorten the lede and then, thereafter, to shorten the controversy section so that it is not out of proportion to the rest of the article. Even if you don't agree with all the suggestions at the Talk page, I am sure your input will help move things forward. Thank you.Philosophy Junkie (talk) 20:17, 24 June 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know. I've participated a little bit on Wikipedia but I'm currently off from work on medical leave, so I apologise in advance if I don't participate in detail in the Leiter discussion. My contribution so far has been less about the controversial aspects of the article and more to do with unpicking a few of the thorny side issues that have been raised. I'll try and take a peek in and respond to some of the comments at some point. —Tom Morris (talk) 20:36, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
