File copyright problem with File:UsersKTBoyPicturesiPhoto20091011images.jpeg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:UsersKTBoyPicturesiPhoto20091011images.jpeg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. FASTILYsock (TALK) 06:12, 19 October 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fastilysock (talk • contribs)

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to N.W.A. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:10, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did to N.W.A. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. I'm not aware of there ever having been any sort of official "leader" of N.W,A, and you have failed to provide a source substantiating your claims about who was "the leader." The article MTV's Greatest Mcs Of All Time has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- no proper assertion of notability. MTV constantly hosts one-off programs and lists; not all are notable.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ironholds (talk) 00:44, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

Articles for deletion nomination of MTV's Greatest Mcs Of All Time
[edit]I have nominated MTV's Greatest Mcs Of All Time, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/MTV's Greatest Mcs Of All Time. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Ironholds (talk) 04:42, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
- Because there is no evidence that it passes our notability guidelines, and because even if it does it is ridiculous to have every silly list channels like MTV projectile vomit out into pop culture. Ironholds (talk) 04:47, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
- What information and what talkpage? Ironholds (talk) 04:52, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with MTV's Greatest Mcs Of All Time. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Show & Prove. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 06:19, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:Imsohoodremix.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Imsohoodremix.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 03:34, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Fatjoeflowjoe.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Fatjoeflowjoe.jpeg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 05:39, 9 September 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk 05:39, 9 September 2010 (UTC)

Look, I don't know whether you genuinely think that that's how articles become "good articles", or whether you're being deliberately disruptive. For that reason I've opted for a short block. But you really need to start paying attention to warnings. If there's cause for a block in the future it will be for longer. TFOWR 00:57, 24 September 2010 (UTC)

Good article nomination of Ludacris
[edit]Hello, I see you keep trying to add Ludacris to Wikipedia:Good article nominations. The way the page is set up now, no editor needs to edit that page to nominate an article. If you do so, you will just be reverted by the bot. Please read the instructions at the top of the page for how to properly nominate an article. However, I strongly recommend you don't nominate that article yet. It's got a lot of problems and is extremely unlikely to pass GA at the moment. I see that you haven't edited the article (or not recently anyway). It would be much better, if you want the article to improve, to actually go and work on the article to try and fix some of the problems. It needs expanding in some places, and a lot more references to reliable sources. The lead also needs expanding. See some of the notices on the article for where there are problems. But, it's really not ready for GA yet. Let me know if you have any questions, --BelovedFreak 10:13, 16 November 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of John Cena vs. The Rock
[edit]A tag has been placed on John Cena vs. The Rock requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to an article talk page, image description page, image talk page, mediawiki page, mediawiki talk page, category talk page, portal talk page, template talk page, help talk, user page, or user talk page from the article space.
If you think that your page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. DASHBot (talk) 12:13, 2 March 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Doomguy and Doom Slayer
[edit]Hi there! I had to revert the edits you made to these articles and undo your attempt to move the content from one article to the other. You need to start a request for move and allow a discussion to take place before moving articles like this. You also did not perform the move correctly when you cut-and-pasted the content from one article to another. This method of moving articles and pages would've resulted in the editing history being fragmented and split across multiple pages, which is not proper. Please request this move, and upon approval and consensus, someone else will perform the move and do so properly. Thanks :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 03:38, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
