[edit]Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you may have added public domain content to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Dean Carter. You are welcome to import appropriate public domain content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. There are several methods to do this described at Wikipedia:Plagiarism#Public-domain sources, including the usage of an attribution template. Please make sure that any public domain content you have already imported is fully attributed. Thank you. GreenLipstickLesbian (talk) 06:06, 7 July 2024 (UTC)
Your addition to Ernest O. Thompson has been removed or altered, as it appears to closely paraphrase a copyrighted source. Limited close paraphrasing or quotation is appropriate within reason, so long as the material is clearly attributed in the text. However, longer paraphrases, especially if they are not attributed to their source, may constitute copyright violation or plagiarism, and are not acceptable on Wikipedia. Such content cannot be hosted here for legal reasons; please do not post it on any page, even if you plan to fix it later. You may use external websites or printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If you own the copyright to the text, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the copyright but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Thank you. Broc (talk) 08:54, 24 July 2024 (UTC)

A barnstar for you!
[edit]The Minor barnstar | |
Glad to see more people who specialize in Nintendo! I know because I've seen you gradually show up more and more on my watchlist since I have so many random articles on there.
I was there for the start of Paper Mario' creation ~4 years ago, because I created it, and it's nuts (and hilarious) to see glaring problems like this go unnoticed by the dozens of hands that have reviewed it and touched it since. Your cleanup and technical fixes are very much appreciated! Panini! • 🥪 05:05, 13 September 2024 (UTC) |
- I'm noticing now that prior to The Top 100 you promoted Mario Party DS to FA. Good Job! Multi-release franchises like Mario party are often overlooked and don't get the proper quality work needed.
- But, is the double Mario Party coincidence? Or do you plan on working on the entire series? If the latter is the case, let me know, I'd be happy to help take one down. I'd probably do Super Mario Party because I've played that one a bit with my family. My sister being better than me at that one steak game still pisses me off. But anyways, I've done one of the games already. Panini! • 🥪 05:14, 13 September 2024 (UTC)
VG reviews table
[edit]Please don't add that template to small articles. From the instructions on the template itself: "If you only have a couple of such reviews which could be used to fill the table, consider foregoing the table
". The template is useful for popular games that have lots of reviews. It's not so useful for tiny articles on indie games that only have a few reviews. At that point, it takes up a large amount of space without imparting much information. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:03, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
- Also, per the instructions from template:video game reviews, do not add reviews to the template unless they are actually used within the reception section. OceanHok (talk) 05:22, 22 September 2024 (UTC)

Hello, I wanted to know if you are going to complement the article with the sources I put in the discussion. Although I know that you don't always have free time, I wanted to know if you are going to do it. I know I seem a bit insistent with this but I promise I won't bother you again with this matter if it solves my problem. Well, I hope I haven't bothered you, I just want to give suggestions for the article and improve it since it is a bit deficient. 181.204.42.146 (talk) 21:57, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
- Hello @The Green Star Collector:, I came to ask you if you are going to expand the "Reception" section because it is very short and with the sources that I have given you and that the article has, it can be easily completed. So I hope you can expand the section. 181.204.42.146 (talk) 18:12, 8 November 2024 (UTC)
- @The Green Star Collector: I understand, but I don't know if you have time today to improve the "Reception" section and the entire article in general, since it is in a rather deplorable state. I say this so that the article is in a better state. 181.204.42.146 (talk) 18:10, 13 November 2024 (UTC)
- @The Green Star Collector: I swear this will be the last time I comment here. But I'm wondering if you're too busy with other things or not. I appreciate your help and all and I have to admit you're a great user. But anyway, I'd appreciate it if you could answer my question. 181.204.42.146 (talk) 18:47, 18 November 2024 (UTC)
