Ernest II
Hi there,
Earlier today, I submitted Ernest II, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha for good article status. Thank you for the edits you made already, but would you mind looking it over a little and add (or delete) anything you think it may be lacking? Or at least let me know any helpful suggestions you think it needs? I think it needs a fresh pair of eyes. Thanks, Ruby2010 (talk) 05:12, 11 September 2010 (UTC)
- I think you did a pretty good job, already. I had no idea that he was so important. You changed it from a stub to such a long article. You might want to take a look at Duchess Marie of Württemberg and expand that.--Queen Elizabeth II's Little Spy (talk) 18:39, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
Hi, I notice that you added an incorrect place of death to this article (he died just round the corner from my home). Could you check the rest of the material you have added, in case there are other mistakes? Thanks. PamD (talk) 08:22, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
- It's all correct except for the death date. I got most of the info here. I just forgot to change the death date as I was using Amha Selassie of Ethiopia's infobox and he died in McLean, Virginia, USA.

Agnes of Aquitaine
Hey! I didn't realise that this Agnes of Aquitaine excisted, she'll have to be added to the aragonese consorts list I wonder if you could do that since you good with the tables? I will look around for info on Agnes and there is the matter of her name to attend to I may have to talk to Surtiscna about that. Thankyou--David (talk) 19:29, 26 September 2010 (UTC)
- I want to start Agnes soon but there is little information about her, on medieval lands there's abit on how she may have an identity problem with other Agnes' from Aquitaine, another problem is she didn't give the king children so she may have played a little role in politics--David (talk) 15:08, 28 September 2010 (UTC)
- Well she's done for now Agnes of Aquitaine, wife of Ramiro I of Aragon--David (talk) 16:45, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
- I wish that certain somebody who's name begins with A would stop trashing all my articles and I notice they've undone alot of your work--David (talk) 11:49, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
- I see you've made a start on the Majorcan consorts great! I've finished an article on Marie of Lusignan, Queen of Aragon, only time before I start having more problems with them involving this article. Also, Agnes, Queen of Aragon? Ok she may not be from Aquitaine but wouldn't it make more sense to name her Agnes, wife of Ramiro I of Aragon? because the other two articles named Agnes of Aquitaine, Queen of Aragon could also be called Agnes, Queen of Aragon, it also makes it sound as if she was Queen in her own right--David (talk) 16:04, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
- I will create one on the other Agnes but it'll be hard to word, I believe that the Countess of Savoy and the Queen of Aragon are the same person, I dont believe that William VI of Aquitaine ever did have children and if she was queen of Aragon it would make more sense for her possible daughter Bertha to be married to her stepson King Sancho--David (talk) 16:50, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
- I feel there maybe a long argument on Agnes' talk page, it may have already started--David (talk) 17:26, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
- They do have a point though, was there any point in this article? It's alot of what ifs, we don't know anything about Agnes really, what she was like as a person, her relationships and others. I'll try and argue with them--David (talk) 08:54, 3 October 2010 (UTC)
- I see that more has been said on the Aragonese consorts. I remember arguing with them over Agnes of Aquitaine, Queen of Castile--David (talk) 14:55, 5 October 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry for delays, I've been caught up alot in the nominations for DYK on my article Urraca of Castile, Queen of Navarre. I will now create the article for Agnes, Countess of Savoy--David (talk) 10:48, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
- Well she's up and running Agnes of Aquitaine, Countess of Savoy--David (talk) 16:27, 17 October 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you, Urraca's aunt Sancha was a paternal aunt who I'm lead to believe was a nun, Spanish Wikipedia has alot to say about her--David (talk) 14:45, 18 October 2010 (UTC)

Dauphine and First Princess of France
But it corresponds to First Prince! No one is going to think it was the eldest daughter of the king surely! Prince LouisPhilippeCharles (talk) 15:59, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

Thanks
QEIILP, thanks for the compliments! I have already created several articles concerning the Grand Ducal Family of Oldenburg (i.e. Duchess Sophia Charlotte of Oldenburg), and have also edited other members of the family. The Beauharnais family I'm not as familiar with, and as always, finding sources is always an issue to keep in mind. I will look at the family though with your recommendation! Finding time to edit is always difficult, as I'm sure you've discovered over the years while adding your own extensive and interesting additions to well-written articles, templates, and lists. Thanks again, and keep up your own excellent work, Ruby2010 (talk) 19:47, 3 October 2010 (UTC)
Moving
You need to place {{movereq|Miguel da Paz, Prince of Asturias}} at the talk page and this text below that template:
[[:Miguel da Paz, Prince of Asturias]] → [[Miguel da Paz, Prince of Portugal]] — This article should be moved because... ~~~~
I'll check whether you did it correctly :) Surtsicna (talk) 12:37, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
- Prince of Wales is a substantive title; Prince of the United Kingdom is a non-substantive, courtesy title. There can only be one Prince of Wales and only one Princess of Wales at the time. There can, however, be many Princes and Princesses of the United Kingdom. You can't call teh Queen's son "Prince Charles of Wales" - he is "The Prince of Wales" or, if you need the name, "Charles, Prince of Wales". On the other hand, referring to the monarch's children as "X, Prince of the United Kingdom" and "Prince X of the United Kingdom" is both acceptable. Is this what you needed? :) Surtsicna (talk) 13:37, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

- Thanks! If it had been a simple case of a spelling error, that would have been fine but given that Iturbide without the accent is both the modern Basque spelling of that surname and also a variant that seems to be common in the sources, you'd have to debate that on the talk page first. Gypsies
Hi! I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Yes, Gypsies are discriminated here as well but to be honest, I don't see them trying to do anything about it. I suppose you live in an Asian country? Surtsicna (talk) 13:12, 20 October 2010 (UTC)
