Information icon Hello. In a recent edit to the page History of propaganda, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan, use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the first author of the article used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Thank you. CodeTalker (talk) 22:15, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Flood insurance rate map, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. See MOS:OVERLINK. CodeTalker (talk) 22:20, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

May you please refer me to your user page so I might verify your account authenticity? TheRevisionary (talk) 22:30, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Criticism of suburbia, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. CodeTalker (talk) 22:38, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

May you please refer me to your user page so I might verify your account authenticity? TheRevisionary (talk) 22:41, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't understand what you're asking for. Like many editors, I do not have a user page. But even if I did, there is nothing on anyone's user page that verifies an "account authenticity", whatever that means. You can see my list of contributions here. CodeTalker (talk) 22:43, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've explicitly outlined what I have asked for in my question; Do you have a user page within your dedicated user information? I'm not sure whether it would work otherwise without such. TheRevisionary (talk) 22:48, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Whether what would work? As I said, like many editors, I do not have a user page. I do have a talk page here. You can verify my user groups here. If you're looking for something else, please explain what you want to see. But all these details of my account are irrelevant; what's important is that you adhere to Wikipedia editing policies and guidelines. Please read the links in my messages above to see the Wikipedia policies that you must follow, such as the ones that require reliable sources, prohibit overlinking and govern the use of different varieties of English. Thank you. CodeTalker (talk) 23:41, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
