Waqar💬 14:32, 3 July 2024 (UTC)Disambiguation link notification for August 1
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ericabatrachidae, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Anura. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Parentheses around authors' names
[edit]These have a meaning - as described by the ICZN 51.3.
TL;DR - an author and year in brackets indicate that the species was originally named in a genus other than that which it now shows.
Please do not remove them for the sake of "consistency" in list articles.

- Also, do not add them when they are not present. - UtherSRG (talk) 14:48, 31 October 2024 (UTC)
