Nusra/Jund al-Aqsa

[edit]

First, you are incorrect in your assertion that no source says Jund al-Aqsa made part of the Jahbat al-Nusra. You obviously did not read the source [1] cited right next to their name which says and I quote Jund Al-Aqsa (Syrian Al-Qaeda group). I already cited this source once before for you. Plus, beside the source I already cited clearly saying they are an Al-Qaeda-linked group, you got these sources [2][3] which clearly state virtually their entire leadership has joined Nusra. Second, you just committed more than one revert on a Syrian war-related page in less than 24 hours. Per Wikipedia policy this is not allowed. I am obligated to warn you of this fact and that if you do not revert yourself you can be reported and potentially blocked. Cheers! EkoGraf (talk) 02:47, 4 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Again, for the third time, please read this source [4] and again I'm quoting it Jund Al-Aqsa (Syrian Al-Qaeda group). Why are you not acknowledging what this source is saying? EkoGraf (talk) 12:54, 4 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The article says and I quote (fourth time) Jund Al-Aqsa (Syrian Al-Qaeda group). The Al-Nusra Front is the Syrian Al-Qaeda. There is no misunderstanding about it. EkoGraf (talk) 14:16, 9 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

Block is for violation of the WP:1RR restriction on these articles. The full report is at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:Tan Khaerr reported by User:EkoGraf (Result: Blocked). Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 02:34, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

April 2019

[edit]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to 2019 Western Libya offensive, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. April 2020

[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Thermidorians. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 15:06, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Vif12vf/Tiberius Why are you reestablishing false information and especially without source? Tan Khaerr (talk) 15:12, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Somebody added that information for a reason. If it is unsourced then it should be cn-tagged rather than hastily removed. Furthermore, it is not for you to decide whether some information is true or false, you as a person cannot use yourself as a reliable source! Information icon Hello, I'm Firestar464. I noticed that you recently removed content from Bucha massacre without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. [edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited War in the Vendée, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Granville and Anjou. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:20, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

September 2024

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Mali War. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. StephenMacky1 (talk) 12:48, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
