@TVSGuy: Hello, guest. I'm a Wikipedian contributed to ICSYV franchise. Did you watch the Chinese version of ICSYV? May I request you to help editing the first season of ICSYV in China by filling up missing all of mystery singers' numbers and panelists? Thank you for cooperating us. I'm not speaking Mandarin fluently. Makoy Canlas (talk) 14:21, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- Hello Makoy Canlas, I will try, but until I finish the season eight of IAAS first, then I will do ICSYV if time permits. Take care and stay healthy! TVSGuy (talk) 18:07, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
- @TVSGuy: Thank you TVSGuy for helping to improve our article. To complete this season article, here are your instructions:
- Search 看见你的声音 in YouTube, and find the first season's playlist[1];
- List all the panelists' lineup as shown on this TV screen for all 12 episodes;
- List all the numbers and the mystery singers' name for all 12 episodes except the 2nd episode; and
- Apply your both listed panelists' lineup and missing mystery singers' numbers and edit to both panelists and guest artists section.

- If time permits, but however, I use translation of the text since that will be faster; as I said, I finish off the current IAAS season first, then ICSYV afterwards. TVSGuy (talk) 12:59, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- Alright now that IAAS is done, I said, if time permits, I will start off the cleanup, but I also want to do Trump Card, but I see whichever I deem fit to do. TVSGuy (talk) 14:51, 24 April 2020 (UTC)

Definition of mystery music game show
[edit]@TVSGuy and BDijkstra: Let me explain you the definition of "mystery music game show". It is an unique television genre that combines mystery (i.e. Identity); survival (i.e. Survivor); music (i.e. The Voice, Idol, or X Factor); and game show (i.e. Hidden Singer) elements. The "television series" genre applies to drama or reality, but ICSYV China is classified as game-like show rather than reality competition-like one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Makoy Canlas (talk • contribs)
- If that's the case, where do I refer to discuss? TVSGuy (talk) 12:59, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- I don't care either way, I only made the displaytitle match the page title which TVSGuy neglected to do. --bdijkstra (talk) 13:39, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
Thank You!
[edit]Thank you for actively working on the One World Together page. Such an inspiring event! How many Wikipedians are watching I wonder? Glad to see all of us watching can come to this page and connect the dots so quickly. You are Essential!! Rock on! DrMel (talk) 19:23, 18 April 2020 (UTC)
- Hello DrMel, actually, I only did contributed to the Singapore part but I also fixed a few design flaw (that I noticed) so that the page looks very neatly. I didn't join or actively work on the updates that time because I was sleeping (due to the time zones obviously), but yes I did see the show on reruns and we all know what is the meaning of Social Distancing. Actually I'm new to Wikipedia, but glad to lend a helping hand on a bit on some stuff. Take care and stay healthy! TVSGuy (talk) 18:07, 19 April 2020 (UTC)

Removal of red links
[edit]Why did you remove the red links from this article? Viriditas (talk) 02:46, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
- I removed the red links because they are dead links. But if you care, I fix for you. TVSGuy (talk) 13:42, 6 October 2020 (UTC)
- Red links are not dead links. Context matters. Viriditas (talk) 21:04, 6 October 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Singer (TV series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Luo Qi. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]Hello, TVSGuy. This is a courtesy notice that the copy edit you requested for Hua Chenyu at the Guild of Copy Editors requests page is now complete. All feedback welcome! Cheers, Baffle☿gab 08:48, 25 November 2020 (UTC) |
- Hi TVSGuy, I've done my best with the article but it still has lots of problems, such as missing references and a resumé-like style of writing. You say you want to bring this up to Good Article status but it's a long way away from there at the moment. You should address these [problems before you nominate the article for GAN. Good luck and cheers, Baffle☿gab 08:48, 25 November 2020 (UTC)

Star Awards 2021
[edit]Hello, It's Unknown here, I would like to thank you for coloring the awards page, but I would like to try something new and different from other Star Awards since the Star Awards 2021 is entirely different than other Star Awards, hope you would understand. Regards. (Unknown152438 (talk) 13:17, 6 February 2021 (UTC)) Also, where you get the information that says the event will be held virtually? (Unknown152438 (talk) 13:42, 6 February 2021 (UTC))
- Hi there, @Unknown152438:, I want to thank you for the updates, but the format is not the regular ceremony article anymore, that's why I prefer to keep the way consistent. About the misinformation for "held virtually", sorry I overlooked the content. Anyway, I will revise the article again. TVSGuy (talk) 14:50, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
- Also, please keep titles italicized. TVSGuy (talk) 14:51, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
Here is the information that you said is NOT the regular ceremony article:
- 73rd British Academy Film Awards
- 45th Saturn Awards
- 78th Golden Globe Awards
- 74th Tony Awards
- 48th International Emmy Awards
Anyways, remaining or not, I will still add some new things on this page. One more thing I need to point out, the white text can't really see accompany with grey base. (Unknown152438 (talk) 15:03, 6 February 2021 (UTC))
- I do see it, and to be honest, I was not aware on these articles you mentioned. However, why the titles are not italicized is beyond me. I understand, however it is good contrast. I have not done an award ceremony before, as I did most of the articles relating TV shows and anime, not award ceremonies, in the past. TVSGuy (talk) 15:10, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
What do you think if I make it Gold base and Black text (Blue if there is a link) same as the usual template, I think I prefer that for the future and change the previous one as well. (Unknown152438 (talk) 15:27, 6 February 2021 (UTC)) Sample:
- Go with that text, it would be fine.TVSGuy (talk) 15:35, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
Might as well add the title card for the ceremony, has been removed due to the copyright. (Unknown152438 (talk) 15:38, 6 February 2021 (UTC))
- Not much know how to add images, sorry, but at least I can come and contribute to the article is the least I can do. Anyway thank you so much.TVSGuy (talk) 15:41, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
Hello, today its the day of Star Awards 2021. Could you please help and see the page again because I believe there is vandalism on the page, it keep removing chinese languges as what it should be there. Kindly to help out for a moment to solve this case. (Unknown152438 (talk) 01:53, 18 April 2021 (UTC))
- Try using this page. However, I saw some kind anonymous IP address lodge this case while i was about to (but I try not to because that is not my problem). TVSGuy (talk) 03:39, 18 April 2021 (UTC)

I Dislike IPv6 Editing
[edit]I reverted back because I dislike that user using IPv6 address to do editing, when editing user should considered to switch to IPv4. 2001:D08:DB:ADAB:A8BB:71F2:1765:14F9 (talk) 09:59, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
- What do you want and why are you reverting the edits? Are you aware that the episode has been aired? TVSGuy (talk) 10:00, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
- I am reverting not because of that article, I am reverting back because I hate that user's IP address, so I hope wikipedia will ban all IPv6 addresses from editing any articles. 2001:D08:DB:ADAB:A8BB:71F2:1765:14F9 (talk) 10:05, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
- Fine. If you wish. I ask you one more time, because you hate IPV6, why is it that you revert the Inner Circle segment to TBA? Is it because of this user 2406:3003:2060:4d9:805e:b1:a2f0:5234? TVSGuy (talk) 10:06, 1 May 2021 (UTC)

- Alright then. I won't stop you, but just to let you know, the episode about Christopher Lee has already aired, so stop. Did you also know that there are other IPV6 addresses that contributed to the article? Think about it. TVSGuy (talk) 10:20, 1 May 2021 (UTC)

- Just range block them for good to prevent any contribution. Contribution can only be done with IPv4 or registered account. 2001:D08:DB:ADAB:A8BB:71F2:1765:14F9 (talk) 10:30, 1 May 2021 (UTC)

MasterChef Singapore (season 2) moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, MasterChef Singapore (season 2), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) - I suggest you create a user better than using the IP address because that way, you won't get some conflict over sharing IP addresses and also because that you are that user, you are the one. TVSGuy (talk) 01:52, 21 November 2021 (UTC)

Abuse of multiple accounts
[edit]{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 01:28, 27 December 2021 (UTC)- I contemplated only blocking you for two weeks as this is your first block and occurrence of socking (as far as we know). However, your creation of a bunch of sleeper accounts, and your egregious creation and use of User:JoanHeart to report an editor you are in dispute with to AN/I is a completely breach of community trust. The checkuser evidence is extremely clear, so please ensure you address the substance of the block and how you will act differently moving forward if you will be posting an appeal as opposed to focusing on denials.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 01:28, 27 December 2021 (UTC)

I Do not know anything about that new user and I am not a sockpuppet, I swear to you that I have come clean. I don't know anything about this User:JoanHeart user something. I telling the truth. - Well, I tried to convince you to come clean, but you've chosen the road more travelled. Checkuser shows you creating and logging in and out of the various accounts on the same device (multiple device and IP range overlap, in fact). It's as about as clear a case of socking as one ever sees as a Checkuser.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 01:51, 27 December 2021 (UTC)
- I already told you, I did not do sockpuppet. I dunno that so many IP address conflicts or same device is (though I allowed some to use my device for something, but I have no awareness on malicious intent), and I have no awareness about these two accounts, just to be clear. Please unblock me, and I will not do again, and I am appealing to that. TVSGuy (talk) 01:53, 27 December 2021 (UTC)
- Add-on: Besides, I am planning to retire this account by the end of this year because I have nothing to see what I can do. I will be back on another account though lolrofl Thank you.

- Really disappointing behaviour, TVSGuy. Your apologies here apparently did not mean enough for you to make the right choice. In fact, you made the wrong choice over and over again, so you must know by now that wrong choices will not succeed. Moving on from Wikipedia or the Standard Offer are the right choices for you in future. — Bilorv (talk) 21:33, 2 January 2022 (UTC)
