I'll put something useful here at some point. For now, suffice it to say, I'm a jack of all trades, and master of none.....
Barnstar

For getting to the bottom of mysterious disambig requests at USAA, I hereby award you the Barnstar of Diligence. Mmx1 03:17, 14 September 2006 (UTC) |
Your user page
[edit]Just so you know, my edit to your userpage is due to 84.58.198.81's vandalism of same. I think it was mad about your USAA article diligence. Prior to vandalizing your userpage, the same IP also practically blanked that article.

United States Arbitration Act of 1925
[edit]It appears to me that there is such a document but I don't know if it refer to Federal Arbitration Act. See http://vls.law.vill.edu/locator/3d/Dec1995/95a1224p.doc

Good call on US Banks
[edit]Swizz, you still around?
Good decision. That list of banks (US banks) is actually a list of "commercial" banks. USAA is strictly a retail bank.
USAA and dwindling membership
[edit]Swizzlez, the membership wasn't dwindeling, but USAA was losing approximately 10,000 members per month to death. The WW2 and Korean Vets were beginning to fade... Not encyclopedic material, but I particiapted in related discussions... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.195.26.170 (talk) 14:29, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

usaa infobox
[edit]1. lots of companies have bigger info boxes 2. most companies only show 2 or 3 key people 3. if the usaa entry only had 2 or 3 key people it would be a very small info box

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
