I work for USAA and I like it. I am not in communications or marketing or legal. Frankly, without mincing words, I'm just another technical grunt. I do strive to be fair (NPOV). As far as I can tell, having a NPOV is hard for all people that contribute to wikipedia...
How I test myself to see if I'm bringing a NPOV on a Wikipedia page:
- Is it a fact?
- Can I prove it?
- Is it meant to be known?
- Would folks that read it care?
- Are like things found in Wikipedia pages?
