Hello, your recent change to {{Infobox FIBA tourney}} was causing errors because it referenced an undocumented parameter, {{{champions-flagvar}}}. This prevented the expression from expanding properly on pages such as U18 European Championship Men 2009 – Division B, which did not supply this parameter. Another editor has reverted your change. I think the solution would be to supply a default value as in {{{champions-flagvar|}}}. Why are you removing the only remaining prose?

Look, I can understand if you really insist on adding those silly team standings in the qualifying round, but removing the only prose in the article is sad. I have reverted your edit. First of all, the symbol should accompany the color because of WP:ACCESS. Second, the width change to the columns is largely unnecessary. Finally, addition of a dash into the link is also unnecessary imo unless it serves a purpose.—Chris!c/t 20:36, 8 December 2010 (UTC)

I also thought about it, not a bad idea but if you check the names of other Qatari players, Ibrahim Majid, Khalfan Ibrahim, Hussein Yasser and etc, they used the first 2 parts of their names. but Yusef Ahmed is a naturalized player, His real name is something different. so I'm not really sure which one is better. also his complete new name is Yusef Ahmed M. He is a Somalian player (not sure if he born in Saudi Arabia or Somalia) but I think it's very hard to find any source for it, since the Qatari federation illegally naturalized him (as far as i know)
FIFA website isn't 100% accurate, especially for the players who didn't play in World Cup finals. AFC name him Yusef Ahmed, even his name is Yusef Ahmed in Arabic wikipedia, he wrote "Y. Ahmed" on his shirt. --Mohsen1248 (talk) 14:52, 13 January 2011 (UTC)

You have proved that FIFA makes some mistakes - no website is 100% accurate. However, English-language sources provided on the article show that he is known, in English, as 'Yusef Ali', and that is where the article should be located. GiantSnowman 15:14, 13 January 2011 (UTC)

I never said AFC is 100% accurate. this article is wrote by someone who don't know this player. his complete name is Yusef Ahmed M. Yes, I've seen the AFC website, and as I've said, it uses both variants of the name - who is to say which is right?! Iran at the Asian Winter Games (2007/2011)

For the sport totals, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing are seperate sports. (Look at country articles for the winter olympics for example). Secondly, great source you found for the team in 2011, but I was thinking maybe there is more athletes, because this is from the students federation, not the olympic committee's website? First, I know and I agree that these are seperate sports BUT IOC counts them as 1 sport (like Swimming and Diving for example), see Olympic sports and see the number of sports (7 sports) in infobox of 2010 Winter Olympics and 2006 Winter Olympics. It's double standard isn't it?
Second, no Iran won't send more than 9 athlets. simply because the other winter sports are not exist here ! also Iranian Students News Agency is a reliable source. but I replaced the link by a link to NOC website. --Mohsen1248 (talk) 23:57, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
Kind of disappointing right? I was expecting a team of 4 male and females for alpine skiing and cross country skiing (for males) and a team of snowboarders. I guess not. I am pretty sure there are at least a couple ski resorts there am I wrong? The 4X10 relay for cross country skiing was recently dropped from the program, and I am guessing, because Iran will not be sending a team of 4 athletes. Iran 2011 Asian Winter Games

سلام جناب محسن. ممنون از مشارکتتان در ویکی فارسی. ویرایشتان خوب بود ولی نفهمیدم چرا خبر مربوط به واکسیناسیون اعضای کاروان را هم حذف کردید؟

علت اصلی مزاحمتم این است که یکی از ورزش دوستان ایران جدیدا چند عکس خوب در مورد وزنه برداران مشهور ایرانی پیدا کرده و یواشکی در کامانز بارگذاری کرده. ولی این عکسها توضیحاتی ندارند و نیاز به یک آشنا به تاریخ ورزش وزنه برداری است تا بداند هرکدام از این عکسها در کدام مسابقات گرفته شده تا من هم بتوانم بر اساس اطلاعات وی رده های ساخته نشده را بسازم و عکسها را استاندارد تثبیت کنیم.

لطفا هرکدام از عکسهای زیر را بررسی کنید و هر توضیحی که راجع به آنها به ذهنتان می رسد بنویسید. زیرا عکس بدون توضیح چندان مورد استقبال خارجیها قرار نمیسپس هرکدام را که صلاح دانستید به مقالات مربوطه در ویکیهای مختلف بیفزایید. گیرد. زمانی که کارتان تمام شد یک ندا به من بدهید تا رده هایشان را بسازم. آخه من 5 هزار ویرایش در پروژه های مختلف فقط رده ساخته ام. پیشاپیش ممنون.

No, Unfortunately Winter games (unlike Summer Games) isn't popular here. even many people don't know the Winter Games has the same value as the Summer Games. they just showed a short summary in news. but I watched it live on satellite. 2011 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup qualification (AFC)

Hey there. Thanks for editing the 2011 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup qualification (AFC) page, however your edits have been reversed for a few reasons:

1)You deleted the break between the goal scorers of a game and the line to signal the start of the next. All other beach soccer pages have it the way it was originally.

2)You included the first names and surnames of players who scored, underneath a result, when showing who scored for that team. Only the surnames of players should be showing as they were originally.

3)The names of these players were not referenced, so we were unable to confirm whether or not these were the names of the players. The names we used to update the page came from the match reports from Beach Soccer Worldwide's official website http://www.beachsoccer.com, the offical organisers of the competition.

4)If these are the players' names, their full names were not updated in the top scorers section.

I know this may sound as if I am angry with you but I'm not. It would be great if you could give links to the squads of the teams so that we can clarify the players' names, that would be great. It would also be great if, when updating a page, you only use a person's surname when typing in a goal scored, underneath a result, but use their full name in the top scorers list.

I hope this doesn't offend you. I have no idea how much knowledge you have of beach soccer and I may well be speaking to someone far more experienced than me, but if you have any inquiries, feel free to post on my talk page, or feel equally as free to post on User:Caperspark's page. Like I said, if would be great if you could provide a link to the national squads of the participants.

Beach soccer is a form of football and a part of football project, this page must follow football project standards. see these pages for example: 2010–11 UEFA Europa League knockout phase, 2011 AFC Asian Cup, 2010–11 UEFA Champions League knockout phase and etc.
1) break between the goal scorers of a game is useless, and I didn't delete the lines.
2) OK, and do you think Ali, Hassan, Karim, Gholi, Farid, Abbas, Adel and whatever are surenames ??? they are given names, I added surenames of the players ! how you can't understand this ?
3) I have enough references (not in english for sure 1, 2, 3), and beachsoccer,com isn't the official website of the tournament !
4) I didn't update the goalscorers section, because my job was didn't finish yet and I was searching for the rest of the missing players.
