Guys I already add this trivia into serie A 2009-2010 page, but the other remove my trivia twice. why ? They said that we need some consensus ? Why ?? I mean I got the data from wikipedia italian page, and then I go to the official website for each club to prove it... I mean what else I need to do, so we can trivia about serie A kits and sponsor for 2009-2010 season ? Borac Cacak or Zemun

Zemun should be the participant in the UEFA Cup as Serbian cup finalists, but they might not have gained UEFA license because they were relegated from Serbian First Division which is 2nd level football league in Serbia. Regards, Isavevski (talk) 21:16, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

Multiple Undo

Yeah, it also took me a while to figure out if any content could be put in there besides the scores. I'm glad there is such a way! Regarding the Ligat ha'Al 2008-09 article, I would support transformation into fb r's. You are probably right on the talk page, stating that it's not as important to note when (in what matchday) a match was played; the scores would be enough. Regarding the uniformity of all season articles in that league - I'm sure all season league articles of each country have something particular in common, but it doesn't mean that they shouldn't be transformed. Fb r's are easy to use and, more importantly, are standard - I always support standardization!  ARTYOM  03:16, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

Macedonian Prva Liga 2008-09

Hello Hockey-holic, Well about Turnovo, their name has always been Turnovo, Horizont is а betting company in Macedonia and starting this year it is the main sponsor of FK Turnovo so they changed their name to FK Horizont Turnovo similarly like Rabotnički changed their name to FK Rabotnički Kometal about 10 years ago (Kometal starting this year is the main sponsor of Vardar so Rabotnički changed their name back to FK Rabotnički). As for Bashikimi (Baškimi) the thing is that the chairmen of the team are ethnic Albanians and they prefer Latin alphabet so they prefer Bashkimi but if you translate the name from Cyrillic (Башкими) it would be Baškimi as the letter 'Ш' has a special character in Latin - 'Š' (SH is pronounced the same as Ш but in Cyrillic it would be СХ as our language is phonetic). I prefer Baškimi because it is still a Macedonian club but I leave it to you to decide. About the code with the round number I don't understand exactly what you mean. Re: Reliable source for Montenegrin football

Hi, I'm Croatian myself and i don't really follow Montenegrin football, but I suppose you could use the Montenegrin FA First League page for results, once the season starts (currently it displays the 2007-08 season stats). The same goes for UEFA page on Montenegro. I couldn't find a site dedicated to football scores only that covers the Montenegrin league, but once the season starts you could also check out Montenegrin newpapers online for daily news (Republika, Vijesti). Hi. I´m not the one you asked, but i would like to explain you the different between those two city names. Istocno Sarajevo is the eastern part of the city, wich is under the control of serbian entity. In the case you use this name, your on the side of serbian, otherway your on the side of bosnian :-). I'm not Kahriman either but as guy above I'll try to give you good answer. I agree with previous poster. Team was created in Sarajevo 80-90 years ago. During the war serbs started calling few suburbs 20km east of the city for "Serbian Sarajevo". Bosnian high-court has since then prohibited use of this name so the name was changed into "Eastern Sarajevo". During this time team which was inactive for around 40-50 years was recreated. It's base is in Sarajevo suburb "Lukavica" but this suburb is officially called "Eastern Sarajevo".

I don't think that anyone is going to mind as its supporters are using both names. I've seen use of "Slavija, Sarajevo", "Slavija, Istocno Sarajevo" and even "Slavija, Lukavica". Regards from bs wikipedia —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.216.221.92 (talk) 21:50, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

Hello, I saw you set up faroe islands 2008 with a fb-template, which is very effective (nice job). Map of Ukraine

Nice map of Ukraine that you added in the 2008-09 season. Although your map is slightly different from the one I submitted for the Ukrainian Premier League I think both of us have to consider the dilemma of FC Kharkiv who are playing in the city of Sumy after leasing the Stadium there.

Also I'd like to know where the documentation is for {{location map start etc... This is a nice way to draw maps.

I also think that you need to change the "Map of Ukraine" - Footer, because it should be "Location of team in Ukraine this season."

And is it necessary for the top of the page indicator not to update until all the days games are played... Haven't you noticed how many updates are done for EC League and UEFA Cup games??? Just a matter of curiosity. You didn't enter the latitude and longitude coordinates? Did you have a tool?

I used the latitude and longitude info given in the Wikipedia articles of the cities (which can be converted into decimals by just clicking on them, opening a GeoHack site in the process). If those are not available, I rely on good old Google Earth.

As for Kharkiv, I didn't know that they actually do not play in Kharkiv right until now. Nevertheless, I would leave the map as it is because it could lead to confusion.

Probably - But be prepared for a name change. Something which is frequent in YKPAIHA.

Really the stadium in Sumy is very nice and its about time the city had a club that was worthy of that stadium. The thing is teams have folded whenever they have tried to play there.

The documentation for the Location map templates can be found here. There is currently an improvement drive for those templates under way as well, executed by the team of the German Kartenwerkstatt. A list of updated maps can be found here.

As for the caption, I simply forgot to change it. You are correct, it should read something like "Locations of teams in the Ukrainian Premier League 2008-09.

Finally, I put the "whole day edit" template on the top of the page since there were recent edits involving just one game of a day instead of all games. If you have some script working that automatically commits the updates, or people that do clean-up at the end of each day, the template can of course be removed.

We are in the midst of cleaning up the standings (historical) and I think that style has taken over alot instead of consistancy.

Template:Whole Day Edit in Russian

Hello. In one of your recent edit summaries on Russian Premier League 2008 you were asking if anyone could create the {{Whole Day Edit}} template in Russian. I can do it, but will it be okay for an English Wikipedia article to have an informative template in Russian? I don't think I have seen informative templates like that in other languages here before. Belgian First Division 2008-09 results table

I noticed you ordered the table by alphabet, which makes it easier to look up a team. However, the table was ordered by last season's final standings, which causes the 'top' matches to be at the top left and the matches between lower teams to be on the bottom right. Also, the color associated with the results (blue = home win, white = draw and red = away win) then helps to easily notice a 'strange' result. To be more clear, the top teams should win against the lesser teams, so the top right of the table should be colored blue, while the top left should be colored red. Other colors mean 'unusual' results.

Personally I'm more in favor of sorting them as they were, based on the results of last year. By the way, noticed that also the list of clubs at the top is in that order and that the pages of the previous seasons also have this sorting... instead of the alphabetical one. --Pelotas^talk 15:31, 18 August 2008 (UTC)

Cup competitions

I was just wondering do you know if there's an user who creates and updates this seasons' national cup competitions or it's done by random users. I'm asking this because I noticed that half or more articles on this subject aren't created, although some of the cups are held only during one year (2008, 2009 etc.), like Kazakhstan or Iceland. Also there are created but poor pages that need updating (for example Romanian cup). UEFA Europa League

Hi, I noticed you've taken action on the name change of the UEFA Cup announced today, good work! This enquiry is actually about the fb-templates, which I have been getting to know this season, but haven't fully understood yet. I hope you can make this a bit clearer for me? What is actually the difference between "fb competition" and "fb round"? Is it so that the competition template isn't needed if a round is specified? Because earlier in the season the links from the league tables didn't work properly (didn't navigate to the round specified) since the link were missing a ndash instead of the hyphen. Which template should I change? I changed alot you know, and finally it worked, but I don't remember which edit that made the impact... =P

At last a suggestion: You've redirected Template:Fb round2 2009-10 UEFA Cup QR2 to Template:Fb round2 2009-10 UEL QR2, so now the links on all of the league tables using the first link will get here. Meaning we have to edit all the league tables! Wouldn't it be better to remove the redirect and insert the same code in both templates to reduce work? And start implementing only the new template next year?

Cup articles

OK, I will try as hard as I can to write these remaining articles. I've found a source for the Lithuanian cup and I'll write it as soon as possible. The problem are official sites that are sometimes pretty lousy. They aren't updated (Slovakian site still lists last year's final as the last game) or they're not complete (Moldova). Anyway, the articles will be complete. I just wanted to ask you what about translating from the foreign Wikipedia? The Slovakian cup, for example, is fully written in Slovakian Wiki, but the usual sites (soccerway, kicker) don't have it in full amount. I've just written Georgian Cup 2008-09 but one result is missing and for some other I'm not sure if they're correct, so if you want to and have time could you check it somewhere? I'm sorry that I didn't help you with the Hungarian article, but I was busy with other articles.

Cups, task force

I've found 2nd leg results on Georgian football forum (?!) but the last result is still missing and I hope I will find it.

As for the task force, I will join if there are enough users to create one. I'm not sure about the time I could spend doing all that work, but I'll try to contribute as much as I can. I just wanted to ask you is the task force for this season only or it is for next seasons too?

UEL 2009-10 spots

I had a discussion through undos with MTC about this question, but I'm not really sure. And the subject is this: A Cup winner (therefore qualifying to UEL) wins the league and receives a spot in Champions league. Their place then receives Cup runners-up. But do they receive the exact same spot as the Cup winners or the place earned through their league? Please check out Faroe Islands situation for example. I encourage you to write an e-mail since it is an unsolved problem (so far). I checked the discussion on UEL 2009-10 talk page and I agree with everything said. It is a logic explanation until the official facts from UEFA are known.

Although I believe that even in this situation there won't be any communication problems, I know that using messenger could make our lives easier. Hi, me again. I wanted to ask you two (unrelated) questions, just to satisfy curiosity. No.1: Two teams (in a league) have the same amount of points. Next tiebreakers are head-to-head (1st points, 2nd goal diff., 3rd goals scored). Does it matter if the match between them finished 0-0 or 5-5? No.2: The club secured UEFA spot for the next season (in this situation possible only via domestic cup). What happens if that team gets relegated at the end of that season? Israel State Cup 2008-09

I just wanted to stop by and say that this article is (or will be) a problem if we don't do something about it. HonorTheKing (that has written the article) doesn't contribute anymore and Number 57 (that also speaks Hebrew AND is a regular contributor) doesn't seem to be interested in the cup. I tried (maybe successful, but I'm not sure) to add the last results and now it is a decent article (as far as it can be).

But the problem just begins because next rounds are missing and the number of teams competing in the next round doesn't match with the number of teams I counted. Anyway, I wanted to ask you if you want to could you find an editor that speaks Hebrew so he can update the results or could you find some English source? I searched the whole Google but couldn't find anything. It isn't completely outdated yet but a month from now it definitely will be so any help in this area would be absolutely necessary. Bye! Goal differences, awarded matches

Hi, I'd like to ask you what about goal differences when the matches are awarded with some score (usually 2–0 or 3–0)? As I could see from the previous cases (like in this year's Lithuanian league, match between Atlantas and Žalgiris), goals were not counted in overall goal difference. However, in this last match (in Serbian Superliga 2008–09, between Rad and Čukarički) goals for Rad and against Čukarički were counted on soccerway.com (and you also counted them in the article). fb cl match

In 2004 and 2005 they used it in Peru. Then they changed it. Every year there is always some kind of change in the Peruvian league.

Serbia football map

Would you mind add a map for First League of FR Yugoslavia 1993-94. I am expanding the article. Matthew_hk tc 11:27, 28 December 2008 (UTC)

I could do it if there would be a Location map base picture for the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in its borders from 1992–2003. The current Serbia picture cannot be used, as Montenegro is not included, which would make a map factually incorrect for the time in question.

The first option to solve the problem would be to ask NordNordWest if he can create a picture, as he and a few other contributors are currently overhauling all Location map base pictures (see also here (in German) for Europe as an example). I have linked to the talk page of his German account since chances are a lot higher that he might respond more quickly there.

The second option would be that I try my lackluster Photoshop skills once more, but this is only an option if NordNordWest declines to do a picture. Furthermore, this option is not recommended, as results may significantly differ from NNWs work... :-D

In league articles, should we link dates that come after Last updated: under results and standings tables (or any other date in the article)? Actually, for quite some time I've been following Lithuanian football news, mostly from futbolas.lt, so I know everything about that situation. Kaunas and Atlantis withdrew and Žalgiris were denied a license. I don't know if you've read this, but Žalgiris split up in two clubs that have the same Žalgiris name: "old" one (with officials and licenses), and "new" one (with manager, players and fans). Even FK Vėtra have been considering the possibility of playing in second tier.

Believe it or not, but I planned to write today everything you've already written in the article. I could do further research on the net about this topic, but seeing what you wrote in the article, that would mostly be it, and I think nothing else happened (unless someone else withdrew since yesterday evening when I last checked futbolas.lt). As I see it now, the only thing we could do is to wait future meeting(s) and see what will LFF decide (correct me if I'm wrong but the next meeting will be held on 24 March).

As for the article rewriting I think I could sort out that Controversy section, and maybe compare the article to the previous season's one and add what is missing. Maybe even more references could be added. Anyway, I think that only some minor fixes could be done, while I would not add standings and results yet. Thanks for the info, bye! Well, it seems that the whole situation is solved. Since it is pretty obvious which teams will play in 2009 A Lyga I could add results and standings tables. I presume that each team will play four times against every other, just like the last year. But could you please suggest me which source to use (which will be added now or later, when available) and what abbreviation to put for FK LKKA ir Teledema Kaunas (three-letter, if possible)?

Also, if this is not too much trouble for you, could you write articles for Banga Gargždai and Kruoja Pakruojis? I think it's too much for me since I haven't written any of that kind of articles.

Your recent changes to some of the German football templates make them appear wrong in the articles, I had to fix a few, like Template:Gauliga. There are lines appearing in places where they shouldn't be and lines missing where they should be. Preliminary rounds in cup competitions

Should we add qualifying rounds to the cup articles, even if they are on a national level? I wouldn't have asked this question if these rounds were smaller (several matches, see Albania). However, in 2009 Norwegian Cup (which I'm planning to write soon) there are two preliminary rounds, with the first one featuring around 100 (!) matches. I'm not sure, but I think that first and second (maybe even third)-league teams enter after those two preliminary rounds. Anyway, my question is should we list those rounds or not? Thanks, bye! Thanks for the info AND for all the sources. Yes, they seem incomplete, but I'll just wait for another few days before writing them down. If all the qual. matches' results appear on one of the listed sources, I will probably add them. As I've seen from the Norwegian 2009 season calendar, there are only two qualifying rounds, after which we have 128 teams. In Q1 + Q2 rounds we have (if I counted correctly) around 150 matches, and teams from first three tiers enter in the First round proper. Anyway, adding qual. matches will depend on the sources. Liga I 2008–09

Like there hasn't been enough problems with incorrect half-updaters, but now one anonymus editor added a Positions by Round table. It hasn't been filled yet, but he has the source. The thing is that in the same article there exists such table, but it displays wins, draws and losses of every team in every round. Plus, the article is definitely too big as it is, and some content should be removed to reduce the size. Anyway, I didn't want to delete that new Positions by Round table before consulting with you. Please read the guidelines at Template:Current sport, especially the part that says "It is not intended to be used to mark an article that merely has recent news articles about the topic". Scottish Premier League 2008–09 does not receive enough edits/attention to be considered a current event by our standards (which are, admittedly, contrary to what is usually considered a "current event"). These templates exist to warn our readers about rapidly changing articles, they do not exist to tell our readers that something is currently ongoing. Gambrinus liga

Hello, I respond to your question on my discussion page. I suggest that the correct (and maybe the only possible) name of czech first division should be "1. liga" if you don't want to name it with the sponsoring company. But (as is written on the Gambrinus liga page) - the name with the sponsor is used from the very beginning; after Czechoslovakia get split to Czech Republic and Slovakia. Then the very first season of the czech (not czechoslovak) league was played as "Gambrinus liga" and since then the name never changed.--Quelhar (talk) 21:46, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Colors

Okay, what colors should we use on those relegation and qualification for relegation spots? I noticed several articles being changed to lighter red, as well as Azerbaijan Premier League 2009–10. I could agree with any one, but it really should become a "rule", something that everybody would stick to.

Well, I must admit your proposal looks really good (not just the colors, the whole subpage). IMHO, that could be the standard we're looking for. I wouldn't change anything, although the relegation play-off color does look a bit too light. Anyway, we could take it to WikiProject talk page right now, if you ask me.

Now I remember what I also wanted to ask you. How about inputing 4th color for Europa League spots? I think it is possible if some team is an Europa League title holder (thereby qualifying for the group stage), but did not qualify for Europe AND that same association has three regular spots in three different qualifying rounds. For example it is (in theory, of course) possible in my domestic league in Croatia where all three teams enter in different rounds (three different colors), and some other team not qualified for Europe wins Europa League that year. Maps and club locations

On a map which shows locations of clubs, are those locations selected for a club's home town and the ground they used to play on, or the ground they are eligible to play on due to licensing system/some other reason why they can't use their own stadium? I'm asking because I noticed a Prva HNL 2009–10 map which shows incorrect locations of clubs when we talk about the home towns, but will use the depicted stadia for some time.

Just one thing, most of the clubs that are now shown as using some other team's ground will most likely switch to their original grounds after the first couple of rounds, so their positions need to be modified. SonjiCeli (talk) 10:28, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

Re: Slovak Superliga 2009-10

Maybe I don't contribute as much as I used to due to very important exams, but I follow most of the things going on now, and I noticed your work, which I will comment later in the post.

First of all, the situation in Slovakia. For two or three weeks I'll probably have enough time to investigate it all and hopefully find more references. Things will be clearer as the beginning of the season is getting nearer. But, as I could understand the things are pretty much clear, as they will play under Senica's name next season and retain the Inter's name for this season only.

Now, your experiment. The results tables are more-less the same, except the first dozen of rows with links to clubs. Could you just align the names in the left column to the left side, as they used to be aligned?
However, the standings table is one thing that "bothers" me. It's not something big, but... When there are clubs with particularly long names (like Dunajska Streda here or numerous examples in other leagues, that also need to be piped to avoid FKs or FCs), for contributors things become more complicated. Usually some part of the code (gf, ga or even losses) has to go to the second row. That can create confusion and several double-checkings. One thing is when you edit Slovak or Welsh league that nobody edits and you have time to carefully add numbers, but what about Spain, England or France that have many IP editors who try to edit something as fast as they can to be the first ones. Imagine the number of wrongly calculated numbers there.

Personally, I liked better the version of the articles that we used in the whole 2008-09 season, together with templates and everything (as I stated on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football). But, if the majority is against it, there is nothing I can do. SonjiCeli (talk) 13:54, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

Bottom templates; Georgia

Is there any possible way that the bottom season templates (2008-09 and 2009-10 in European football (UEFA)) are visible and unhidden all the time as they used to be? It's a minority, but it becomes pretty annoying when you have to unhide it over and over again every time you return to the page.

One other thing. I noticed that you started Umaglesi Liga 2009–10 article and wrote some info about team changes and stuff. As I could see from goli.ge, Georgian football site, Mglebi Zugdidi and Baia Zugdidi merged into one club. It can be seen here, in the first line of second paragraph, where the clubs are being named (notice the slash). It can also be seen here on pfl.ge (league's official site) (fixtures for the first round, see away club in the last fixture). However, these are probably not the references that would explain how, where, why and when, but they just mention the new club name. In the first article I mentioned, you can also notice the third paragraph which mentions Gagra and Spartaki in the beginning of the first sentence, as well as Meskheti one row under, directly under Spartaki's name. That might be the explanation for Meskheti's absence, as well as reason for Gagra and Spartaki being spared from relegation. The most recent article I found on goli.ge is completely about Ameri (Pirveli Liga 2008–09 Eastern group champions that were not promoted), and it might be the explanation for their absence from the league.
The problems are that a) I don't understand a thing, except the clubs' names (only due to updating regularly the Umaglesi Liga), b) google translator does not translate from Georgian (+ Georgian language isn't related to any other, so I cannot use some other languages' translation like I do in Kazakh (I use Russian) and Macedonian (I use Bulgarian)), c) I couldn't find any other Georgian text translator on the internet, and d) I don't know any Georgian contributor interested in football that could help us out. So, here are the possible sources for all those things that happened. If you know any kind of way we could figure out what the hell is written in those texts, it would be no problem to find the sources, especially because goli.ge has plenty of texts and I'm sure we could find some references.
I also noticed that you wrote the name of the Georgian reference in Latin alphabet, although I don't know how did you figure out the letters, but it is a good sign that we might do something in this area. Bye! SonjiCeli (talk) 22:07, 7 July 2009 (UTC)

The reasons behind the removal are the following:

• The content in these sections is already sufficiently displayed through the map. No need to explicitly repeat this, as most people are able to read a map.
• The content is utterly trivial and only of interest for those people who have a combined interest in football, stats and geography. This group is naturally only a very small subset of the population of the Earth. Therefore, broad interest in the content, even among football-interested readers, cannot be assumed; WP:TRIVIA and WP:NOT#IINFO can thus be applied.
• If a reader is interested in the Ukrainian regions (or German Bundesländer or Spanish autonomous regions or similar administrative units), he is usually going to access them through the respective country article, not via any other place.

Disagree. This article is tied to the Ukraine Wiki Project not just the general football project. The map of Ukraine is divided by regions (or oblasts) as they are called in Ukrainian. Those regions are not easily identified by just looking in the map and anyone who would wants more clarification could use the links in the regions table to help access them. I don't think that this argumentation can be used. Almost every league article is bound, if available, to the WikiProject of its nation. However, the primary focus of these articles clearly lies on football and not on the countries of the leagues. The connection between these two topics is made by the title, the mentioning of the country in the lead paragraph of the article and the map (which already is a bonus for the majority of articles as it is only implemented for more recent seasons in most cases). I don't understand you beef towards posting the current top goalscorers atm in the TOPGOALSCORERS secton. I can understand if I was writing an entire article on when they scored, where they scored, and how. I am simply posting the top goal scorers as of the moment. What's different from what I'm doing to someone constantly updating the 2009 UEFA Champions League Final page when the match was being played?

If a club gets demoted at the end of the season or something similar happens, but not because of their league position, should we add some info about it on both seasons or just on the latter? For example, right before A Lyga 2009 Kaunas and Atlantas withdrew from competing in A Lyga, which is very good explained in the article. However, there is not a single word about it on A Lyga 2008 article. Also, all clubs are in their "regular" league positions in the league table. Although the goal scorers were not updated since October 7th (and this was clearly mentioned on the page!), you only added the one goal for Chavez. He scored indeed, but by only adding this goal and not all the others scored, you make it difficult to keep up.

Oreet man. There may be something wrong with the table still, I can't fathom how it's happened but the places seem to be in the wrong order when sorted ? I am not supportive of keeping the newly-changed colors without any sort of consensus. That's how Wikipedia works, we simply can't accept a newcomer to push his favourite choice of colours without any proper discussion. I wish I was an expert but there is a lot I don't know. Ericysteph did a good job gathering all the info on the Ligas Superiores 2009 because the website that he's using is almost a blog and has all of its information spread out. I've had trouble looking for Copa Peru information on that site before. I give the season article a weak "keep" because I don't know how long that website is going to keep up with the Copa Peru. Colours in league tables

Sorry for making a fuss about colours in league tables. I thought that (User:Soccer-holic/League season article) is the result of consensus and I changed it in many 2009 and 2009–10 season articles. I think that is a good idea to make a formal petition about these colours. Maybe the colour of UEFA Europa League highest round would be a bit darker, like #A5E2FF? Regards. The user Kevinzuela is creating tables false from file Copa Simón Bolívar 2009. I'm putting the ratings properly, but after a day he puts a nonexistent classification with a number of games unreal and even serious contradictions in the number of victories and defeats a team in the league, situations such as all clubs have more wins than losses . This is vandalism. Please help me!

As far as the location map concerns, I think something's wrong with the map. I checked the coordinates for Odra, but they're - according to the map - still located on Czech territory!

Location maps of teams

Hello, i could do with some help if you would be so kind to help me?

I want to create location maps for the football leagues of Asia. I have tried starting with the Bahraini league, but using the coordinates for the cities that the teams play in, seems to give myself some rather strange results. I'm wondering if you can help me, or tell me how to it correctly.

For example, Muharraq has coordinates of |latd=26|latm=15|lats= |latNS=N and |longd=50|longm=37|longs=|longEW=E and the code you have written is lat=26.25 |long=50.616667, how do you work out that figure? Renaming reply

Yo!

They are stalled. I sent a request to have all the Primera Divisions renamed, including the Spanish one, in the Talk:La Liga, but one user objected, and a big debate ensued. That somehow led to the conclusion that the rename had no consensus, even though about 6-7 approved. So I guess renaming one by one to the approved format is the best solution now.

Azerbaijan Premier League

Hi, I just wanted to ask you if you have time to do one thing. NovaSkola, who is interested in Azerbaijani football and knows a lot about it, informed me (see link to my talk page) that the 2009–10 Azerbaijan Premier League will be played in two rounds: first is double round-robin (22 games) and the second is the split of the table in two parts, with each team playing 10 extra games. So, can you adapt the current article to reflect the competition modus used during this season? I would have done it myself but I'm extremely busy these days and I barely have time to update the leagues (luckily, there are only few of them currently active). Thanks in advance. Hello, I checked that article and everything looks fine. I will let you know, if any changes. Meanwhile Azerbaijan First Division 2009-2010 - I am not sure, what is going on there due few clubs went bust or entered administration so we have to wait few months to see. colors

You put "colours do not indicate any qualification. Definitive qualification for a competition before the end of a season is realised by addition of qualified=y to a line". Then why do continental and world cup competitions do the opposite where colors are only applied after qualification has been ensured? Or like in the qualifiers where green/blue lines were used and colors were only placed after qualification was ensured? Template conversion

Good day to you, Soccer-holic! I am writing to you because I noticed last night that several days ago you converted the Regionalliga Nord template to a full navbox (see diff), I saw from your contribs that this was just one of many conversions. However, upon your formatting you seem to have completely forgot that the teams listed under these templates often have more than just one footer template requiring Template:fb start and Template:fb end. Are you intending to fix this like I have done here, or are you not bothered? I'm not angry, so I hope you don't feel like I'm having a pop at you for no reason. I think maybe you had simply forgot how your changes can render the following templates on the club article pages seeing that you had done this to a number of league templates. Have a nice day!
