Hounding?
Sheldybett, could you please explain how you came across this discussion? You don't appear to have ever participated in any featured content discussions or edited articles on superhero films (I'm not including minor copyedits to articles that you don't seem to have been reading but giving the same mass edits to as other articles in unrelated topic areas[1][2][3][4][5][6]) before. It looks super-dodgy when someone I've conflicted with in an unrelated area shows up to a discussion I'm involved with and makes a comment to the effect that "I think Hijiri is wrong". - Agree with the above; Sheldybett, you were told in no uncertain terms in January to stop closing AFDs (and that includes relisting) or you would likely be TBANned; your initial response was to feign contrition and stay away from AFD closing for a few weeks, but then you seem to have gone right back to the behaviour that put eyes on you in the first place. Removing a BLP/PROD to nominate at AfD
Why did you remove a valid BLPPROD that Praxidicae placed on the Bhavika Sharma article, then nominate it for AfD? You did something similar with PRODs on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alone in the Neon Jungle and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kiwiberri, in which you removed the PROD then nominated for AfD with the PROD rationale. The BLPPROD is even stranger since you didn't provide a single reliable source (which is the valid reason to remove a BLPPROD) when you removed it. Please explain. - Because I saw the WP:BLPPROD tag in front of an article, but it has one source which the reason I removed it. BLPPROD is the stub biographical article which has no sources at all. Sheldybett (talk) 03:00, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for the explanation. As Praxidicae's edit summary for the BLPPROD pointed out, the source is unreliable, and as the linked BLPPROD policy explains, the presence of an obviously unreliable source is not a valid reason to remove a BLPPROD: [18]. Perhaps you're thinking of the {{Unreferenced}} template, which can only be applied if no sources are present. But BLPPROD works differently, and you need to be especially careful not to do anything that looks like you're clerking deletion processes. Bakazaka (talk) 03:13, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Do you notice anything wrong with Talk:Jay-Jay Feeney or Talk:Sharyn Casey? Here is a hint: it is the same thing that was wrong with [19] and [20] and [21] and [22] and [23] and [24] and [25] and [26], all of which happened since the last time I asked you not to copy/paste assessments without checking contents. - Then perhaps you could fix your edits on those two talk pages to the correct values, and in future be even more careful not to set the "listas" parameter to the wrong person's name. If you are having problems working with the listas parameter for some reason, you could also avoid talk page assessments for biographies of living persons entirely, but I am hopeful that you will be more careful now that it's been brought to your attention multiple times. Farmers Building
Oh dear. That's not what Aucklanders would understand as the Farmers Building. The Farmers Building is on the corner of Hobson and Wyndham Streets and is now a hotel. Part of it is shown opposite, but there are many images online. I think Farmers does not own the building it currently occupies, so it was a bit of a mistake to label your image Farmers Building. Class assessment
I'd appreciate if you could assess obvious stubs as stubs. Not start class. For example, 1962 Christchurch mayoral election is a stub. See this page for a rating scale. As the editor who has imposed this block, I now wonder what the exact meaning of "clerking" is. Does CSD tagging fall under clerking? Schwede66 02:11, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
- I would interpret the ban as meaning Sheldybett cannot remove other people's CSD tags, even if obviously inappropriate, but they can place tags, within reason. The recent tagging of Mooning (song) and Freddy, My Love with WP:CSD#A9 is clearly inappropriate as the recording articles for these songs have articles, and this failure to check the rules is part of a pattern of behaviour the ban was intended to prevent, but it is not clerking and therefore not actually covered by the ban. I suggest we unblock Sheldybett, with a caution that if they place inappropriate tags in future then the ban will be extended to cover such areas.-gadfium 03:37, 28 July 2019 (UTC)

- I can't see unblocking unless you agree to stay away from AIV and CSD and any other area where you are having problems. Try article building instead. The lack of understanding of what vandalism is and of the CSD criteria make it unwise for you to work in those areas. I think we need to move away from Wikilawyering about what the TBAN did or did not mean to just ending the disruption. Any other admin, as always, should disregard my opinion if they disagree, but this is how I see it.03:18, 1 August 2019 (UTC)
