Indic script
[edit]- Please do not add any Indic script, to any of our India related articles, as you did at Bangalore, and other articles, as this contravenes WP:INDICSCRIPT - Thank you - Arjayay (talk) 10:22, 13 February 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Yogi Adityanath, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Please don't make changes that are clearly wrong - the article specifically calls out a math degree WITH a source to back it up. Your change had nothing. [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Karnataka, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page KSRTC (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Hyderabad, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. Please be careful when adding/removing info from the infobox as it may break. Also, do not tag large edits are minor. I'm sorry I didn't do it purposely I just wanted to add Earth into the pushpin map but ended up deleting the basic sources of information and lost my points. Is there a way to get those points reverted back ?! Salman Hussain7 (talk) 21:23, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
- World map is not really needed. I am not clear what points you are referring to. Ab207 (talk) 21:29, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
I'm talking about Wikipedia edit points Salman Hussain7 (talk) 21:32, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
- As far as I know, there are no Wikipedia edit points per se, If you talking about the number of edits, they won't be reduced. Ab207 (talk) 21:43, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
No I'm not talking about the number of edits but of the edit points that we get after each edit for adding we get plus points and for deletion we get minus points after each edit Salman Hussain7 (talk) 22:13, 10 September 2020 (UTC)
- I think there are no such points. If you are participating in any WikiCup, that's a different issue. -- Ab207 (talk) 04:09, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
- They are not "points" they are simply a count of how many bytes you have added to, or deleted from, an article, Please stop adding unneeded blank spaces in infobox - all you are doing is taking up memory space - Arjayay (talk) 08:02, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Kempegowda International Airport halt railway station, you may be blocked from editing. I'm sorry I didn't know that I'm not supposed to add Indic script to Railway Station or airport's name I'm aware that it's not allowed to do so for cities' and towns' names Salman Hussain7 (talk) 10:45, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Kuala Lumpur.

Speedy deletion nomination of Www.nettv4u.com
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Www.nettv4u.com requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. power~enwiki (π, ν) 07:12, 16 November 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Tasneem Ali (actress)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Tasneem Ali (actress) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://nettv4u.com/celebrity/hindi/tv-actress/tasneem-ali. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello Salman Hussain7, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your additions to Tasneem Ali (actress) have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. All other images must be made available under a free and open license that allows commercial and derivative reuse to be used on Wikipedia.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. CAPTAIN RAJU(T) 20:12, 16 November 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Tasneem Ali (actress). If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Please help me out with this Salman Hussain7 (talk) 20:32, 16 November 2020 (UTC)
- Salman Hussain7, you may want to consider using the Draft space to start creating the article. Doing so gives you time to work on the article to get the needed reliable sources to show notability. You still cannot copy-paste from outside sources - that's a copyright infringement only page in Wikipedia. You must completely rewrite and summarize the information, the message above has some good advice. The sources are needed to show notability. For actresses, WP:NACTOR has some good comments on what reviewers will look for to show notability.
- As it doesn't appear that Wikipedia has an article on another person named Tasneem Ali, you'd want to create the article at Draft:Tasneem Ali. Ravensfire (talk) 21:32, 17 November 2020 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Tasneem Ali (actress) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Speedy deletion nomination of C. R. Sageer Ahamed
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on C. R. Sageer Ahamed, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. (See section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
- There does appear to be a Indian National Congress affiliated person of this name (but without a English language Wikipedia article) - and is not Sagheer Ahmad - who held the Chikmagalur Assembly constituency seat in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly for three consecutive terms. Would this "C. R. Sageer Ahamed" be the same person or not? You must cite reliable sources either way. --User:Shirt58 (talk) 🦘 13:05, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
