It implies that you have a personal connection to Zakkariya that requires a declaration of a conflict of interest (the other possibility being you submitted a copyright protected photograph). Each reference should mention Zakkariya, and most should provide significant coverage about Zakkariya. Reference #5 doesn't mention Zakkariya at all, so it is not helpful. Reference #6 quotes Zakkariya, but does not support the claim that he "was instrumental in starting the vocational courses at Masters Level for the first time in a university in the country". (I stopped checking after these two references.)
