In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. I do not know Mr. Dar. That is immaterial. I understand you think it belongs in the list and it is notable, but without an article in the English Wikipedia it cannot be added to the list. If you have enough reliable sources and you think it passes the Golden Rule then you can ask for an article. Look at Wikipedia:Articles for creation. Creating an autobiography is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians—as this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. The page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia.
