Changes to Hopkins School page to clarify claim regarding pecking order of "oldest school." Numerous "public" schools were founded in the 17th century, Boston Latin Grammar being the most famous. By limiting to "independent school," clearer line of sequence.

Arbitration committee elections

Hi Quod Felix, I hope you are doing well. I noticed that you plan on running for the arbitration committee – however, it seems that there are two potential issues with that. Firstly, there is an error with the way you are trying to file your statement, which is why you have repeatedly been reverted. Secondly, it appears that you don't yet meet the eligibility criteria for candidates, specifically criterium II, which requires editors to have made at least 500 mainspace edits before 1 November (most people who run for the arbitration committee have thousands of edits, and almost all of them are already administrators). Hence, it seems that it's a little too early for you to run for ArbCom. I hope this is not too disappointing and that you continue to help us build an encyclopaedia.
