Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Section 1 (NYSPHSAA) into Draft:Section 5 (NYSPHSAA). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). Skip Bayless birthdate

I'd say that the tweet cited is on shaky ground due to:

1. WP:ABOUTSELF, which specifically says claims may not be about third parties. If Bayless had sent this tweet himself—i.e., "I'm celebrating my birthday"—it would be fine.

2. There is zero mention of what month and day his birthday is, and certainly no mention of the year you added.
