Non-free rationale for File:It Takes a Man and a Woman.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:It Takes a Man and a Woman.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 16:48, 5 July 2013 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:ChristmaswhoSBSP.jpg)
Thanks for uploading File:ChristmaswhoSBSP.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. It must have took you hard work for you, but we knew you can do it. I love SpongeBob very much and I wanted to expand the film's article since its film adaption was based on a very popular cartoon. Yay!
Hi Mediran, I'm glad to see you active again in the "SpongeBob SquarePants (season N)" articles. I think you do excellent work, and these articles need your expertise and attention to detail. I'm on the verge of taking VP44444 to ANI for persistent disruption to these articles in the form of edit tests, self-edit-warring, etc., (see his/her talk page for examples) so if you happen to agree with my objections (and that is not a requirement at all), I'd be interested in hearing your input. Keep up the good work! Cyphoidbomb (talk) 06:25, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you Cyphoidbomb. Yes, I'm really worried about his/her disruptive editing. I think s/he must know how Wikipedia works first because it seems that s/he's so confused about everything. S/he also ignore talk page discussions not knowing that it can help him to blend in. I'd interested if you'll take him/her to ANI (if s/he persists, but if not leave him/her be). Thanks again. Cheers. :) Mediran (t • c) 06:54, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
- The editor's disruptions are persistent and obstinate. They are on the fast-track to ANI. Switching gears, I noticed that you changed some of the credits at (season 9), which VP44444 convoluted by creating a new column for Storyboard Director, then mushing the credited directors and writers into this column, which is a bad call, because writers aren't directors unless they are credited as such. I did a spot check on "Gary's New Toy" (0:03) and it appears that there is a credit for Storyboard director, Marc Ceccarelli, then writing credits for Marc Ceccarelli and Derek Iversen. I didn't check all the eps in S9, but assuming they are all consistent, maybe the fields we should include in this article should be "Storyboard Director" (instead of Animation Director) and "Writer"? Although I just realized that we're using a set "Directed_by" field, so maybe that's not an option. Do you have any thoughts on this? I could go either way, because I know that animation directors and "storyboard directors" are the same thing. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 09:02, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, we can add another column for the storyboards but why I changed that is because some (e.g. Tom Yasumi) are moved to another column in which they aren't credited. Sotryboard and animation directors are not the same. For an example, in the episode "Extreme Spots", Tom Yasumi served as animation director while Luke Brookshier and Marc Ceccarelli are the storyboard directors.
- I stand corrected! :) In any event, I don't think what VP44444 did was useful. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 02:24, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Road to Vegas promo.jpg
Thank you for uploading File:Road to Vegas promo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 17:48, 12 September 2013 (UTC)

Having seen some of your scripts of your graduated students, for the rollback section, I am wondering if I can add a 'request for rollback and I'll assign you a task with rollback', but I will write on my 'Rollback' section that 'rollback isn't a status or an award. Misuse of rollback can lead to its removal by any administrator.' I'll also want to modify the 'Tools' section. I'll provide the Huggle manual too on the 'Tools' section. And also a task with Huggle. For STiki, I'll do the same. And I'm also going to a 2nd final exam for those who failed the first one. My 2nd final exam is in my sandbox. Jianhui67 Talk 13:14, 13 September 2013 (UTC)
- That's very nice. You can do whatever you want on what kind of instructions you want to conduct with your students seeing to it that they are learning something from your expertise. Thanks! :) Mediran (t • c) 13:27, 13 September 2013 (UTC)
- I also decided to use pictures to illustrate Twinkle. With these pictures, they will understand how to use Twinkle. The pictures will be 'how to report a user at AIV, ANI and UAA', 'how to warn a vandal' (with a group of templates they can choose), 'how to request a page for protection' and 'tagging a page for speedy deletion' (with all the different criterias of speedy deletion). But I think that to do these things may be troublesome because I would have to upload a lot of images to Wikipedia. And by the way, are you active on Commons? Currently patrolling for vandalism there too, though vandalism there is not very frequent, unlike English Wikipedia. Also a rollbacker there too. I patrol for vandalism on both Wikipedia and Commons. - Hi. Have you seen the continuation of my message? Jianhui67 Talk 05:00, 15 September 2013 (UTC)
- I'm terribly sorry about the late reply. :) BTW, you can upload images in Commons to illustrate what you mean but I guess it's better to say it and let them to figure it out. If you want to upload some illustrations, you can and you can also search for some existing images to make sure the image you will upload doesn't duplicate other files. It's your choice on how your students will learn more effective. Thanks. :) Mediran (t • c) 05:39, 15 September 2013 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Atlantis SquarePantis storyboard.jpg
Thank you for uploading File:Atlantis SquarePantis storyboard.jpg.
Thank you. Werieth (talk) 03:00, 24 September 2013 (UTC)

I have a rather comprehensive CVUA tasks page at User:Jianhui67/CVUA/Tasks. You may want to use mine for your CVUA instructing. Jianhui67 Talk 10:11, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
Is there still any improvement I can still make? It is incomplete. I have not expanded some parts. Jianhui67 Talk 12:14, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks Jianhui67 for this. Anyway, I think it's better than what I've been using before but I think you should correct your grammar like "an person's privacy", etc. All in all, it's looks great now! Thanks. Mediran (t • c) 00:10, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
- I decided not to instruct first. I'll be Ross Hill's CVUA assistant for a while to gain experience before instructing other people on my own. I will leave my User:Jianhui67/CVUA/Tasks page in WP:CVUA's Trainers' Methods for reference for other CVUA instructors. The page will also benefit me in the future when I start to instruct other people on my own. Jianhui67 Talk 04:04, 29 September 2013 (UTC)

WikiProject Environment article for review
Hi Mediran, I found your name on the list of participants at WikiProject Environment and was wondering if you had a few minutes to look at a draft I've prepared for an article that falls under the scope of WikiProject Organizations: The Climate Reality Project
I've rewritten this article on behalf of The Climate Reality Project and for that reason will avoid all direct edits to the article. I have instead placed my revised draft in my user space for editors to review.
I left a more detailed note on the Talk page that explains several issues with the current version I have aimed to address. I have also proposed merging in the two articles on the organizations that joined to form The Climate Reality Project.
I hope reaching out to you on your Talk page is OK. I've tried posting at several WikiProjects in addition to WikiProject Environment, but haven't had much success yet. If you know of someone who might be interested in reviewing this, or a WikiProject I might have overlooked, please let me know. Thanks, 16912 Rhiannon (Talk ·COI) 22:45, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
