Speedy deletion nomination of User:Pgbh/sandbox

Request reason:

malicious deletion

I submitted a biography of a living person. I had never loaded anything on wiki before and it was rejected for insufficient references and needed further editing of the style. I was then contacted via a business email account by AmandaNP (sandbox)who is apparently an editor on Wiki. she offerred to help edit my content and use appropriate references etc. I naively accepted her help and provided her with access to the page and further references. She then asked for £280 to get it approved and then said she had run into problems and needed £480 - although I was willing to pay a reasonable amount for her time, I declined to pay the further amount she demanded becuase she said she needed to involve another editor because the subject wasn't sufficiently notable. This was never raised in the initial rejection so I declined to pay. She then deleted the page overnight with no discussion with the reason that it was a sockpuppet account, however, she is the sockpuppet on my account and also a con-woman. Please unblock and restore my content so i can work on it further myself.
