Speedy deletion nomination of Felix James Meo
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Felix James Meo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. DGG ( talk ) 06:59, 1 December 2018 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Nathan Dahlberg, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Giro della Toscana (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from 2018 UAE Team Emirates season into 2019 UAE Team Emirates season. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 19:25, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
A page you started (2019 CCC Team season) has been reviewed!
Thanks for creating 2019 CCC Team season.
I have just reviewed the page, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
While some sections, such as the roster, are fine as lists, the article should also include a prose account of the CCC team's performance in the 2019 season.

Tadej Pogačar -- currently
I'm sorry, but you're not correct with specifying time as currently. You need to be more precise WP:PRECISELANG--Vаdiм (talk) 11:11, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Vаdiм, I have read that article however all the other cyclist pages e.g: Will Barta, Jakub Mareczko etc all use "Will Barta... who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam CCC Team". I was just reverting it to stick with the stanndard used by al other pages. Paulpat99 (talk) 20:51, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
- What you're referring to is a pattern not a standard. Such a pattern should be avoided in Wikipedia whenever possible. You's specify a more presice date. See also WP:RELTIME --Vаdiм (talk) 15:02, 13 October 2019 (UTC)
- However, what I have just read now "Absolute specifications of time are preferred..." It says they are preferred and then goes on to say "...because the latter may go out of date..." since these pages are updated regularly they wont go out of date I feel that using currently flows better than rewording as; from 2019 rider rode for x team. Paulpat99 (talk) 20:16, 13 October 2019 (UTC)
- For visibility I'm copying this discussion to the Talk:Tadej Pogačar. Please continue this discussion there.--Vаdiм (talk) 11:51, 14 October 2019 (UTC)

Campbell Pithie moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Campbell Pithie, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. scope_creepTalk 08:45, 26 July 2020 (UTC)
- @Scope creep: Hello, I have gone through the page and researched the rider. This rider does not meet notability and will probably not in the future how do I go about deleting this page. Cheers Paulpat99 (talk) 07:30, 27 July 2020 (UTC)
- Hi @Paulpat99: You can csd it, or leave a note saying it is not notable. scope_creepTalk 08:40, 27 July 2020 (UTC)

Old pages
To anyone who visits:
In my early days of editing I went HAM and made countless pages which are not notable as of now I have tagged the following pages for speedy deletion. Joshua England, Louis Crosby, Nicholas Reddish and Ryan Wills
Paulpat99 (talk) 05:03, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
- Any chance you could also remove blanket red links which you created for team rosters at articles such as Nero Continental, please? They should remain only for those riders who meet the criteria at WP:CYCLING/N. Thanks, Meticulo (talk) 14:17, 12 May 2021 (UTC)

Elimination of Template:CCC Team riders redirect
Hi. Can you give your opinion on Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2022 March 7#Template:CCC Team riders to delete this page because its just a redirect to Template:Intermarché–Wanty–Gobert Matériaux riders? With no more opinions this just keeps being relisted.TY.Rpo.castro (talk) 14:57, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
- @Rpo.castro Since CCC is now defunct there shouldn't be a CCC riders template after deletion. I'll add my opinion to the talk page to help clean this up. Paulpat99 (talk) 21:45, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
Nomination for deletion of Template:Cycling data UCN
Template:Cycling data UCN has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the entry on the Templates for discussion page. As it is a duplicate of an existing template with the original UCI code, it will clear the way for a redirect to UCN. Benjamin112 ☎ 22:58, 25 March 2022 (UTC)
2022 national road cycling championships
Re: your revert of my edit to 2022 national road cycling championships that added the year to the date. WP:DATE recommends including the year in any date. That has become more important since the 2020 Summer Olympics were actually held in 2021. Just because this article refers to the 2022 national road cycling championships, it's still possible that it could have been held in a year other than 2022. Further, there is nothing wrong with adding the year to the date, though some (like you) may think it's unnecessary. Would you please consider undoing your revert. Thanks. Truthanado (talk) 14:39, 6 April 2022 (UTC)
