Welcome to WikiProject Catholicism!
[edit]
Hello, PAH Page, and welcome to Wikiproject Catholicism! Thank you for your generous offer to help
contribute. I'm sure your input will be much appreciated. I hope you enjoy contributing here and being a Catholic Project Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to discuss anything on the project talk page, or to leave a message on my own talk page. Please remember to sign all your comments, and be bold with your edits. Again, welcome, and happy editing! --Thw1309 21:09, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

Comment on WikiProject Firearms
[edit]I see you've joined the firearms project, welcome. I was a little concerned about your comment there you put after your name in the active members list. It may be offensive to some who come to learn about the project and end up hurting us rather than helping us. I wonder if you'd agree to modify it? 19:49, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:Kakashi Cartoon.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Kakashi Cartoon.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 15:07, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to User:PAH Page. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Details: Image copyright violation on your userpage removed per WP:NFCC#9. FastLizard4 (Talk•Links•Sign) 05:43, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
RE: Please Support Wikiproject Godfather FastLizard4
[edit]If you would like to create a project just about the Godfather, it will be rejected almost immediately. It dosen't have a large enough scope. Please read WP:PROJ for more info. As for the warning above, I don't care whether you are my friend or not, but it is my responsibility as a Wikipedian to get you blocked if you do anything harmful to the project, including using fair use images on your userpage. Also, remember to sign your post by using four tildes, like this: ~~~~
. As for the tutorial, if you simply read the instruction boxes at the top of my talk page, you will see how it is all done. If you can't be bothered to read these directions or Wikipedia policy (which I assume you haven't read due to your use of fair use images on your userpage), you should leave the project, or take a break and return if you are willing to read the official policies. --FastLizard4 (Talk•Links•Sign) 05:57, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
- Wouldn't you say that "FastLizard4" sounds way cooler than "FastLizard?" --FastLizard4 (Talk•Links•Sign) 06:52, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
Your status
[edit]I noticed that you are updating your status the hard way. here is the easy way. --FastLizard4 (Talk•Links•Sign) 06:55, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
- Uhh, just that you should keep topics of the same discussion under the same section, like you see everyone else doing above our discussion. Oh, and the Beatles icon is not on commons, in fact, it has a copyrighted tag right on the image page. --FastLizard4 (Talk•Links•Sign) 07:01, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
- If you want to use the manual one you are using, suit yourself. But it may come back to bite you, especially if you would like to run for Administrator. If you look at my editing records, I am editing User:FastLizard4/Status, not my userpage, so it's easy to tell that I am simply updating my status. You should switch over, because again, it will come back to haunt you when you become an experienced user. --FastLizard4 (Talk•Links•Sign) 02:31, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

Inappropriate use of talk page
[edit]The user talk page is for discussing the project, not for personal chatting. Please read Wikipedia policy, such as WP:TALK, or leave the project. If you would like to talk to me for this type of thing, either call me on phone or Skype, get an AIM account or a MSN/Windows Live Messenger account and IM me, or send me an E-Mail. --FastLizard4 (Talk•Links•Sign) 03:09, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

There's a new bonus prize of $200 worth of books of your choice to win for creating the most new women biographies between 0:00 on the 26th and 23:59 on 30th November. If you've been contributing to the contest, thank you for your support, we've produced over 2000 articles. Thank you, and if participating, good luck with the finale!
The file File:Future Factory Worker.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Orphaned non-encyclopedic image (WP:NOTCRYSTAL).
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. HouseBlaster (talk · he/they) 15:27, 16 August 2024 (UTC)
