Homophobia is "the irrational hatred, intolerance, and fear" of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people.
These views are expressed through homophobic behaviours such as negative comments, bullying, physical attacks, discrimination and negative media representation.
As well as the actions of individuals, homophobia may be expressed through actions of the state, such as punitive laws, as well as other social institutions. Some LGBT people may internalise negative attitudes towards same-sex attraction, this is called self-stigma.
The provision of HIV services that are specific to the needs of LGBT people remains inadequate in many countries, as the needs of people from these groups are not given priority by governments. HIV data relating to LGBT people is also grossly under-reported, inconclusive or not reported at all.15 For example, while Ukraine's National Target Program calls for tolerance and less discrimination towards people living with HIV, it does not specifically mention stigma against men who have sex with men or transgender people. As a result, these groups have very limited access to specialised programmes, even in comparison with other key populations such as people who inject drugs and sex workers.
Many LGBT people are too shy to go to health centres to get services as they face a lot of discrimination when they get there. There is an idea that you can contaminate people somehow. I came out as bisexual the same year as I started RUMI and I’ve experienced many difficult situations since. Once I went to get tested for HIV and I realised the doctor did not want to touch me. They separated me from the rest of the people in the clinic. That really brought my heart down. If it can happen to me, who can stand up for myself

Life of cabin crew member
[edit]A day in the life of cabin crew can be as long as 24 hours. Just like passengers, crew arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure time, to prep the aircraft and attend a briefing about the flight ahead. Once passengers are on board, we prepare to take off, and then once we are in the air, the services commence
During training our trainers told us, ‘Fly but Don’t forget to get married’.
It seemed like a weird thought of wisdom but i understood that after a few years of flying. I see Crew who have been flying for years but they’re succumbing to loneliness.
they earn a lot but splurge in money that later they’re not let with any savings and they get into depression and sought to unethical ways of earning extra money on the side.
Competing with the lifestyles, they earn $4000/month but live a lifestyle to please the upper class people to make networks for better opportunities.
very less people you’ll come across who are sorted with their aims and goals, who live with a plan and know what they’re there for.
there are people who earn good but still strive to make their ends meet.
Stress management is very important and that’s why we get training for CR(Crew resource management) to balance our personal life and work life.

Parties in U.K
[edit]The party culture in Uk has always been way ahead of its time and that of other countries. Those who arrive in London, for example, have a wide range of social, economic and especially gender diversity. The LGBTQ party culture in Uk has been growing for several decades, and bringing with it not only niches, but a whole diversity that participates in, or works with events. While in several countries when looking for good places to have fun, you have to get informed, or look for specific places to feel inside your bubble, in London especially, any place that is a reference, good parties or entertainment, you will feel included and wellcome. There’s is no more “SIGNS” saying where you will feel welcomed or not. The niches are blending and organizing into a mix, aimed at entertainment, inclusion and diversity. Uk has definitely become a reference and serves as a model to be followed by other countries in everything related to LGBTQ culture, here we are all involved, both on the creative side, and on the final result (public), in BEING a single culture but always keeping your self reference. Entertainment no longer has gender, class or position, everything and everyone, we are one party. Ortizbauk50 (talk) 04:57, 3 February 2022 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Draft:Mauricio, a page that you created, has been deleted. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. As the page met any of these strictly-defined criteria, it was deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been deleted are:
- It appeared to be a test page. (See section G2 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.
- It seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic.
