Hello! I believe you are absolutely correct in that the IUPAC names need to have spaces included to clip up the name. IUPAC convention does not include spaces in any instance except terminally (i.e. butanoic acid)), so when I enter a long IUPAC name I naturally don't put in spaces. In my browser (Safari on Mac OS), the browser will clip the long name after commas if necessary to fit the drug box, and thus always fits and doesn't break the page on my end. I submit the new name, and the page looks great. However, I noticed that some other users have edited other IUPAC names I've edited/added only to include spaces (e.g. in bacitracin). I wasn't quite sure why, but I didn't revert the edits even though the spaces are technically incorrect. These edits must have been done for the same reason--that the long name wasn't being chopped up in some browsers. I don't really know of any solution except to just put in some spaces as you have done, but perhaps these long chemical names can be coded somehow where the Wiki server will chop them up using commas (just like my browser does automatically) to keep the drug box the correct size. Hey there--thanks for finally giving me some feedback on my Wiki edits (I've only recently become an active member, and you're the first Wiki user to speak with me!). However, the ciclosporin article being "broken" was not done by me to the best of my knowledge (I assure you, I would have noticed an improperly-scaled image as I always check my edits before leaving them). It instead might have been done by user with IP address 170.223.154.217, who changed the pixel width of the image from the original 250 pixels to 125, then reverted the size back to 250 in a subsequent edit. You can see this change directly at [[1]]. Despite the edits by 170.223.154.217, I previewed both the 125 and 250 pixel versions, and both seemed to still look professional (though I find the 250 pixel version [the current size] to be much better than the 125 pixel version). So, I'm either unclear as to what you mean by the article being "broken" (if you find the time, let me know). My change of the image is annotated at [[2]] where you can see that I only changed the image file name to the new image I drew. Any input would be greatly appreciated! I still need to learn more of the Wiki jargon and policies. And finally, if there's a particular tag I need to use that indicates that I've sent you a message that I haven't used, I'd love to know of that one as well (and should I have put this reply at the top of your talk page?). P.S. I hadn't checked the specific edit you mentioned, namely this one with the IUPAC name change--[[3]], but that version looks the same as the one before, at least in my browser. Perhaps this is just a fluke anomaly? Different browsers? I am using the most recent Mac Safari, but also checked Firefox and Internet Explorer after you made me aware of the scaling issue, and it was also fine in those two. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. The problem is that we need images, as much as possible, to be freely reproduceable by anybody, including commercial entities, so "non-commercial only" won't work for us, even though we're non-commercial.
